Repair of Battery Charging Set capacity 12V/24V 180 AH and carring out following repair work and making it serviceable with changing of minor part as reqd:- (a) Rewinding of Rectifier Transformer of battery charging set cap. 12/24Volt single phase 230 Volt including Varnishing - 01Each Job (b) Toggle switch for volt/Amp meter -02Nos (c) Volt Meter and Amp Meter as suitable.for battery charger- 01 Each (d) S&F Fuses suitable for Battery Charger 12/24 Volt-01Each

M&L for preparation of surface for painting to radiator, engine, alternator body, fuel tank, mounting rod etc of DG Set Capacity 63/125/160 KVA by scraping the existing paint carryout spray painting and applying two coats of existing colour of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and applying two coats of heat resistance paint to engine and exhaust pipe including filling putties making smooth surface and writing MES Number, SM Numbers, Tank cleaned on the fuel tank complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking out self starter, of stand by DG Set capacity 63 KVA opening and segregating serviceable & unserviceable parts,cleaning the serviceable parts for re-use, greasing,Oiling re-assembling the self starter including replacement of following unserviceable parts :- (a) Carbon bushes (b) Brass plunger (c) Solenoid switch (d) Funnel coil (e) Body brass nut

All as per item no.12 above but for stand by DG Set capacity 160 KVA .complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling of alternator 63 KVA lts segregating serviceable and unserviceable parts, replacement of following worn out parts :- (a) Carbon bushes (b) Rectifier bolt bearing (c) Bearing (d) Rewinding of alternator with suitable size of Copper wire, varnishing papering etc. complete . (e) Cable connector with suitable size of alluminium lugs.

M&L for cleaning of radiator of DG set Cap. 63/125/160 KVA by using K-oil and radiator cleaning solution mixed with hydraulic acid by pressure of pump and brush including necessary welding work complete all as required and as specified by Engineer in charge.

Opening of defective AMF Panel for DG set Capacity 160 KVA and segregating serviceable and un serviceable parts and refixing the serviceable parts including replacement of the following parts complete all as directed:- i) Complete internal wiring of interconnected bus bar . ii) Replacement of Model MCX- 41 contractor as existing =1 Nos. iii) Push switch- 02Nos iv) LED Indicator lamp- 06 Nos v) Time delay relay suitable size & capacity vi) Electronic battery charger kit box-1 (vii) MCB SP16 Amp 10KA -03 Nos (viii) Fuse set with base plate(cartiredge type) along with bus bar-01 set

All as per item no.17 above but for capacity of DG Set 125 KVA,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

DG SET OF CAPACITY 63 KVA (KIRLOSKAR) Disconnection from electric connection and dismantling cylinder head assy, overhauling of DG set 62.5/63 KVA by opening up the bolts ,nuts etc .taking out the valve inlet and exhaust,Valve guides etc and keeping in safe custody for reuse including Grinding, Polishing, facing of cylinder head, removing carbon, and cleaning, cutting of valve seats including machine work segrigation serviceable spairs/components for reuse and unserviceable components remove from site of work at workshop and reassembling the DG set re-installed in the same place including testing and comissioning complete with the entire satisfaction by the Engr-in-Charge. (i) Transportation charges from site of work to work shop and vise versa is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted. Minor repair and serviceable components for reassembling other than scope is included in the unit rate. Note - Spere required will be measured and paid seperately.

S&F distilled water of suitable type for battery of DG set Make- Exide

Repair/Maintenance of APFC Panel including replacement of all contactor ,relay ,old unserviceable wiring ,cable lugs connector also replacement of unserviceable capacitor as per existing of any size and capacity as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking up old U/S LTcable any size & type from the trenches of pipe including taking out brick cable protection if required and deposited complete all as specified and as directed.(Excavation and earth work if any measured & paid separately).

Laying only, LT cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip armored, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 120 sqmm x 3.5 core including connecting the cables at both ends by providing suitable size aluminium lugs & glands at the termination ends, complete and testing after laying all as specified and as directed. Notes:- (i) LT UG Cable XLPE shall be issued under Sch 'B' items (ii) Transportation of cable from MES store yard to site shall deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rates

All as per item No.26 here-in-above but size of UG LT cable XLPE 95sqmm x 3.5 core, complete all as specified and as directed.

Exavation in trenches, 1.5m wide and n. exc. 1.5m in depth , fo foundation etc.n.exc 10 sqm on plan and n. exc 1.5 m in depth and gatting out in soft / loose soil for laying of cables all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Returnig , filling in, including spreading, leveling , watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft / loose soil , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing excavated material n. exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and lay for dry river sand filling for cable protection with a layer of 8cm deep before laying and 15cm covering above the top edge of cable after laying complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Punned thickness shall be measured). Note :- Punned thickness 18 cm shall only be considered for payment

M&L for sub class B bricks laid perpendicular over cable protection all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Relaying of bricks obtained from item for protection of UG cable all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix as in repair galvanized 2 steel barbed wire 2.24 dia with 2 MM dia barbed at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc as directe by Engr-in-charge (each line wire to be measured). complete all as specified and directed.
