Cutting in earth work and disposal of excavation earth in all leads and lifts in all kind of soil

Excavation in foundation trenches etc. ( in Pipe and pits) in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work , blasting work in soft/hard rock by blasting and chiselling where blasting is prohibited including dewatering in saturated soil up to all leads and lifts stacking the excavated soil/material in all lead & lifts clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in all layers by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth/material as directed with in all leads and lifts as per directions of Engineer -in Charge in all lead and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 Sand :10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form workin: Walls including attached buttresses pilasters and their caps and bases and string courses etc. upto floor two level.

Providing and laying cement concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawing an technical specifications clauses 802 ,803 ,1202 and 1203 cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cment:4 sand: 8 graded stone agg. 40mm Nominal size)

Back filling behind retaining wall/breast wall

Providing plinth protection 50mm thick in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including finishing of the top surface of concrete smooth in all leads and lifts.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks (Iind Class) in super structure above plinth level upto floor two level in cement mortar 1:6 (I cement:6 Sand) in all leads and lifts.

20mm cement plaster in single coat of rough side of bricks/concrete stone wall for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises internal round angles chamber and round ed angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement:6 Sand) with in all leads and lifts.

Providing Tor Steel reinforcement in RCC work including binding & placing in position complete upto floor two level.

White washing with lime on undecorated wall surfaces two coats to give an even shade including throughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt dust mortar dirt and other foreign matter in all leads and lifts.

Finishing Wall with water proofing cement paint of approved Brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade after throughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remain of loose powered material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and Fixing M.S Fan clamp (Type-I of 16mm dial M.S Bar bent to shape with hooked ends in RCC slab during laying including painting the exposed portion of loop all as per standard design complete.

Providing and Fixing 10mm thick anti skid Water proof stain and impact resistance heavy duty vetrified tiles (NITCO or equivalent make) 600x600mm x10mm manufactured of approved shade and colour in flooring, treads of steps and landing laid over 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement:3 Sand jointed with cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the Shade of tiles as required complete .

Providing 40x3mm flat iron hold fast 40cm long including fixing to frame with 10mmdial meter bolts and nuts and woden plug and embeding in cement mortar block 30x10x15 cm ( :3:6 (1Cement:3 Sand:6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size.

Providing and Fixing anodised aluminium work (JINDLE MAKE) for door, window, ventilators and partition with extrudedbuilt up standard tubular and other section of approved make confirming to IS 733 and IS 1285 anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS 1868. Providing and fixing paver blocks within all lead & lifts as perentire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge.

Supplying & fixing galvanised mild steel barbed wire (IS: 278-1962 Type-I) Weighting 9.38Kgs per 100 meter (minimum) straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire stapples or steel pipe etc. complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge with in all leads and lifts.

Steel work in single section including cutting, hoisting,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in R.S. joints, channels, angles, tees (Weight of Angle 50x50x5mm)
