Testing

Factory Tests shall be carried out in presence of Rep of Accepting Officer as per IEC standard-62271-100

Following test reports for 03 Nos SF6 breaker shall be submitted before applying payments:-

(i) Insulation resistance test

(ii) Operation time test

(iii) Contact resistance test

(iv) Pre-insertion resistance (PIR) test (If applicable)

(v) SF6 gas leak test

(vi) High Voltage withstand test

(vii) Secondary test to ensure the proper functioning of the live line indicators, fault passage indicators and relay

(vii) Mechanical Operation Test

Supply, install and erect in trench vertical position steel tublar seweaged welded poles complete with MS base plate of 6mm thick of size 450mm x 450mm finial taper plug pole cap, bolts, nut and screwed, pole made out of ERW MS tubing confirming to IS 2713 Part II of 11 mtr long 410 SP-55 including drilling of holes of required size and nos for fixing of cross arms bracing support/ taking out of cables etc. and painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coat of aluminium paint for exposed surface and two coat of black bituminious paint for the portion embeded in concerete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-charge.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power HT cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, earthed 11000 volts grade, of size 3 core x 185 sqmm passing through ducts/ pole/trenches all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power HT cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, earthed 11000 volts grade, of size 3 core x 95 sqmm passing through ducts/ pole/trenches all as specified and as directed. . Note for Item No 3 & 4: The HT cables shall be inspected /tested by the rep of Accepting Officer at the factory premises prior to despatch of cables from factory.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.50m wide and 1.5m in depth, for laying of cables, poles, stay, etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.50m wide and 1.5m in depth, for laying of cables, poles, stay, etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point (Soils) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Mateial and labour for GI tubing 100mm bore, light grade with all accessories, fittings, laid in trenches/ under road crossing /fixed in poles, walls, under floor etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying Un-reinforced precast concrete cable covers of class HV type-1, flat, size 300mmx180mmx40mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling & mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M & L for cement concrete type C-1 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping including weathering, slightly rounded or chmfered angles and throating complete with and including form work all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

S&F Switch air break gang operated , triple pole, mechanically operated, mounted on insulator and steel frame, outdoor type, suitable for vertical installation single brake provided with locking arrangement, consisting of MS channel, HT post type insulator, copper alloy high pressure assembly, with operating mechanism i.e. operating rod of GI pipe MEdium grade 20mm bore, confirming to IS 1818 of 1972, suitable for 11000Volts, current rating upto 400 amps, connecting up complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 185sqmm all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing galvanised earth strip 32mmx6mm for earthing to equipment complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting of hardstanding/road for laying of pipe line/cable and making good surfaces after laying of pipe line/cable upto 30cm in depth, by providing Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 using 20mm graded coarse aggregates complete all as specified and directed.

M&L ACSR Conductor for over head line, including stringing, binding with binding wire jointing sleeves, aluminium tapes, jointing, jumpering etc on insulators on poles with minimum sag all as specified and directed for any type of ACSR conductor .

All as per Serial item No 22 above but fixing only.

S & F pin type insulator porcelain white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindal, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nuts, for 11000 Volts grade, 150 mm height, 150 mm dia with fitting complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F HT disc insulator (single disc assembly) porcelain vitreous 145 mm height, 255 mm dia, ball and socket type. White / brown two in one series assembly for tension with clamps for conductor suitable for 11000 Volts grade working pressure complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Stay assembly comprising of 20mm dia stay rod 1800mm long, loop type insulator of large size, with overall dimensions 140mm, clearance of hole 25.5mm, galvanised stay plate 6mm thick of size 300 x 300 mm, stay bow complete all as specified and directed & shown in EP No. 1 of SSR Plate No I. Note : Excavation/earth work PCC shall be measured and paid seperately.

Dismantling of Old ACSR Conductors complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in trenches/ducts, 1100 Volts grade heavy duty LT UG cable, 4 core 16 Sqmm, with XLPE insulated stranded Aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape, Armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall sheathed including cable gland, lug, jointing material etc, jointing, connecting , testing and commissioning all as specified and directed. Note:laying testing and connection with suitable glands,lugs etc is deemed to be included in the quoted rates.
