Augmentation of STP capacity up to 10 MLD and construction of Pumping Station in Jhalawar under Budget announcement 2026-27

Designing, providing, constructing, hydraulic testing, commissioning and giving satisfactory trials of STP for inlet Sewage parameters BOD=300, COD=600, TSS=600, TKN 55, pH= 6.5 to 7.5 based on SBR technology consisting of Inlet Chamber, Screen Chamber, GritDetritus Tanks and Biological CASP Basins, Chlorine Contact Tank, Chlorinator with Chlorinator shed & tonner Shed, Chemical Storage & Dosing shed with dosing Equipments, Sludge Sump, Gravity Sludge Thickener, Sludge dewatering system equipment and building, sludge storage shed, necessary piping work with required valves, gates, storm water drains and rain water harvesting system, bypass drains, roads & pathways, landscaping, Compound wall with gates, Administration Block cum Laboratory, Laboratory Equipments, staff quarters, Tools and Plants, Spare Parts, ESR and Tanker Filling points, Metering Room, Guard Room etc. complete as turnkey job with all involved civil, electrical, instrumentation and mechanical works inclusive of following items, units as per detailed specification for civil, electrical, instrumentation and mechanical components with all duties and taxes, etc. complete to achieve BOD < 10 ppm, COD < 100 ppm, TSS < 10 ppm, to get reusable quality of water for industrial / agricultural purposes. outlet parameters shall also include TN < 10 ppm, Nh3N < 2 ppm and TP < 1 ppm) with full automation including PLC-SCADA and Instrumentation, reuse arrangement (storage - GLR, OHSR and pumps) and treated effluent disposal line for treated water 1 KM as per specifications. 4 MLD STP, Area 0.40 Hectare, 2 No of basins (Rates are in Lacs)

Design, Construction, Supply, Erection, Testing, Commissioning of 4 MLD Sewage Pumping Station (including inlet structure) including all Civil, Electrical, Mechanical (including pumps, motors, valves, screen conveyor, HOT Crane etc.), Instrumentation, SCADA works and other allied works including land development, 3m wide BOE in mortar for approach from gate to pump house door, plantation of atleast 20 green trees internal & external lighting, water supply and sign board etc. to complete the work as per scope of work and specifications.

Provision of Provisional Sum to be used as per Tender Document (FIXED) for Jhalawar town. Bidder should fill amount Rs. 50,00,000.00 Bidder should fill this amount In case any other amount is filled then it will be consider as 50,00,000.00 Only.

Fix Provision for O&M of all facilities created under this contract Five Years as per Tender Document (yearwise payment amount is given in tender document) for Jhalawar town Bidder should fill amount Rs.19276802.00 Bidder should fill this amount in case any other amount is filled then it will be consider as Rs. 19276802.00 only.
