i. Railway reserves the right to purchase the indented item from PAC Firm M/s Holmatro Rescue Equipment B.V. Zalmweg 30, 4941 VX, RAAMSDONKSVEER, The Netherlands or its authorised agent/dealer/distributor M/s PAN INDIA CONSULTANTS PRIVATE L I M I T E D - G U R G A O N . Tenderer must upload the Tender specific authorization certificate of the OEM/PAC firm. ii. Authorized dealers/ distributors need to quote with Tender specific authorization from the manufacturers failing which offer will be summarily rejected. (If authorized agent participate on behalf of OEM such authorized agent cannot claim EMD exemption based on its own or its OEM MSE certificate)

In keeping with the Public Procurement (preference to Make in India) Order, 2017 and as amended, Latest Goverment of India Policy regarding Public Procurement (preference to Make in India) Order, 2017 and as amended from time to time applicable.

Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

i] In terms of clause 3.0 of the Instructions to Tenderers for e-tenders,Rev. 1.21 April 2024 Bidders not falling in the exempt category for furnishing EMD, are required to Mandatorily furnish the requisite EMD along with their offer, Failing which their offer will be summarily rejected. [ii] In terms of Clause 1.0 of Special conditions of contract, Rev.1.3 of Jan. 2020 and In terms of clause 12.0 of the Instructions to Tenderers for e-tenders, Rev.1.21 of April 2024, successful bidders unless falling in the exempt category for submission of S.D. are mandatorily required to submit Security Deposit at 5% of the value of Contact value.

Security Deposit should remain valid for a minimum period of 60 days beyond the date of completion of all the contractual obligations of the supplier, including warranty obligations. The contractor shall, within 21 days of posting of written notice of acceptance of the offer to the contractor, deposit with the Railway concerned a sum as stipulated in the tender document, towards Security Deposit
