Comprehensive/ routine maintenance of Two Nos Chillers of 190 TR capacity having each chiller unit through OEM ,Chiller Model:- 30HXC190A Make:- CARRIER , Ser No HJ1118 & HJ1116 ,AC plant for per months including complete overhauling work through OEM complete all as specified and directed by Engg -in-charge.

Comprehensive/ routine maintenance of One Nos Chiller unit of capacity 210 TR through OEM ,Chiller Model:- LCW1-210V082525 Make:- Blue Star , Ser No VF08 AR1220281M3 , AC plant for per months including complete overhauling work through OEM complete all as specified and directed by Engg -in-charge.

Note for item no 1 & 2 -: (i) Water and Electric required for operation of plant shall be provided free of cost by the Department. (ii) After handing over of plant to contractor . Contractor shall fully responsible for satifactory performance of plant parameters during complete duration of contract period. During Comphensive maintance period any type of fault ( Major & Minor ) occurs in chiller plant contractor shall attend and rectify it without cost . No payment is admisible in this account to contractor. (iii) Contractor shall procure and provide all day to day consumable items such as refrigent gas and grease, sensors, electrical and electronic cards, control and power wirings, lugs sundry items etc reqired for operation of chiller AC plant shall be provided by contractor at his own cost . The quoated rate also include the periodical descaling of condenser coil , chemical cleaning of cooling tower fins and filters as per OEM recommendations and direction of GE during the period of defect liability . The cost of the same shall be deemed included in the unit rates quoted by the contractor. (iv) Contractor should produce MOU of agreement between OEM (carrier and Blue Star) & contractor firm from Whom contractor should carry out the comprehensive maintenance of compressor for 11 months time after completion of overhauling work. The After due varification from OEM chiller plant shall be handed over to contractor for comprehensive maintenance for 11 months.

(v) In case contractor fails to attend fault within 24 hr after intimation by the department , he shall be liable to bear the recovery @ Rs 3000 /- per Hr and department shall rectify the fault through other agency on contractor risk and cost and amount shall be recovered from contractor dues. (vi) Tradesman will take all preventive measures as per code of practice of EI Rules and the Department will not be responsible for any type of untowards incident. (vii) Contractors shall provide all kind hand tools,tester, test lamp without any extra cost as per OEM recommendations.

M&L for taking out Condenser Motor 25HP Capacity 720 rpm 3 phase 415 volt , opening the motor, cutting & removing old and burnt winding wire, rewinding the motor With new super enameled copper winding of suitable size including bearing insulating materials, varnishing, drying, replacement of both driven end , non driven end bearings and base plate, reassembling, refixing in same position & connecting including testing and commissioning complete all as specified & directed by engineer in charge. Note: The quoated rates must include loading & unloading with to and fro transportation for workshop and vice versa

M&L for taking out Chiller Plant Primary & Secondry Motor 20 HP Capacity 720 rpm 3 phase 415 volt , opening the motor, cutting & removing old and burnt winding wire, rewinding the motor with new super enameled copper winding of suitable size including bearing insulating materials, varnishing, drying, replacement of both driven end,non driven end bearings and base plate, reassembling, refixing in same position & connecting including testing and commissioning complete all as specified & directed by engineer in charge. Material and Labour for dismantling of existing Air Handling Unit of any capacity upto 32000 cfm , cleaning, servicing, overhauling to all component of AHU, with and including cleaning of heating & cooling coil with caustic soda solution, including welding / brazing, wherever required to arrest leakages, cleaning of Pre-Micro Filters, replacing of vertical GI sheet supports, complete replacement of foam insulation of best quality using adhesive substance to avoid cold air leakages, fabrication of bottom GI tray of existing size with drain pane made out of 16 guage thick GI Sheets duly painted with bituminous paint over interior surface of tray, re-assembling all the dismantled components to its original position using new nut, bolt, washer and other packing material etc, with and including testing, commissioning of Air handling Unit at optimum efficiency, complete all as directed by Engineer -in-charge.
