Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc.all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully by unscrewing from boards/outlet boxes, fittings and fixtures such as switches, sockets, ceiling roses, lamp holders,bell push, bell, regulators, etc. all as specified and directed.

M&L concealed Point wiring with 1.5sqmm PVC insulated and unsheathed copper cable multistranded FRLS 1100Volts grade drawn & including in concealed PVC conduit of suitable size and PVC insulated and unsheathed 1.5sqmm copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor including white washing/colour washing / distempering to match the adjoining surfaces all as specified & directed for following :-

One 3 pin switch socket outlet, 5 Amps, independent

All as per item No 3.00 herein before but point wiring with 2.5sqmm cable for one 3 pin socket outlet 16 Amps independent

M & L Cutting chasses, pinning in brick Masonry and making good the disturbed surfaces to match the existing surfaces where required and pointing in cement mortor 1:3 to ends for concealed wiring etc. complete all as specified & directed

M & L surface point wiring with PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded 1.5 Sqmm FRLS copper Cable drawn in and including PVC casing capping of suitable size not less than 25mm width complete with all accessories including MS sheet metal 1.2mm thick switch board or PVC rectangular switch board of suitable size to be fixed on wall for fixing switches /sockets /regulators etc respectively including white washing/colour washing / distempering to match the adjoining surfaces including PVC insulated and unsheathed multi stranded 1.5 Sqmm FRLS copper Cable as earth continuity connected with common earth dolly complete for the following all as specified and directed :-

Taking down of ceiling fan of any size, type and make after disconnecting the electrical connections and refixing back after cleaning and servicing/ repairing / rewinding, painting etc including connecting up with & including 3 core 0.5 sqmm copper flexible cable from ceiling rose to the fan all as directed. Note:- (i) The cost of cleaning and servicing/ repairing / rewinding & parts i.e bearing, capacitor, bush, clamp/pin, down rod etc will be measured and paid separately under relevent item of this schedule. Taking down Exhaust fan of any size, type and make after disconnecting the electrical connections and refixing back after cleaning and servicing/ repairing / painting / rewinding etc including connecting up with 3 core 0.5 sqmm copper flexible cable from ceiling rose to the fan etc complete all as directed.
