Construction of 1 Nos. of D type Residential Quarter at Athagarh (R and B) Sub Division, Cuttack as per EIC Civil Odisha Lr. No. 1107 dt. 09.01.2026 Buildings. (RES)

Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches in all kinds of soil upto the required depth including moorum, stoney earth and earth mixed with boulders except sheet rocks and boulders requiring blasting including dressing, leveling the bed and depositing the excavated materials away from work site with initial leads and lifts, T and P shoring, shuttering and dewatering if required etc, complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and filling in foundation and plinth with sand well watered and rammed in depth with all lead and lift including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, sundries, T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per direction by the Engineer in charge.

Cement concrete (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 4cm(1½) size hard crusher broken granite stone metal of approved quality and from approved quarry including lowering, laying concrete watering, curing etc, complete to required levels laid in layers not exceeding 0-6 thick including cost, conveyances, royalties, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with TandP required for the work etc, complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

RCC M-25 using black hard granite crusher broken chips of 10mm to 20mm size (10mm 40% and 20mm 60% ) of approaved quality from approved quarry to achieve the minimum compressive strength of 200kg/cm2 250kg/cm2, 3.00 kg/cm2 of 150mm size cubes on 28 days test confirming to codal provision including hoisting lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm thick compacting in vibrators and watering for 28 days including centering shuttering from works finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves where necessary including cost conveyance royalty taxes of all materials with all leads and lifts and cost of all labour T&P mechineries required for the work de-watering if necessary compalete in all respect as directed by Engineer-in-charge including dismantling the centering and shuttering but excluding cost conveaynce of MS rod or tor steel & bind wire and labour charges for strengthening cutting beinding binding wilding and tying the grills etc hoisting and placing in positing (to be paid separetely for RCC work)A.
