RAC Component

2 way valve (PN-16) with actuator and temperature controller (INSULATED)Supply, Installation Testing and Commissioning of following sizes electronic, self-balancing, dynamic balancing valve with integrated 2 way modulating control valve in a single body. The actuator shall be capable of accepting upto 10 V DC and upto 20 mA electric signal and shall provide similar transducer feedback output to control system. Maximum close off pressure shall not be less than 6 Bar for upto 50 mm valves and 7 Bar for 65 mm & above. Valves should have pressure rating of 25 Bar minimum.

Providing & fixing in position the industrial type pressure gauges with gun metal / brass valves complete as required.

Providing & fixing in position the mercury in glass industrial type thermometers.

P/F in position the following GI "B" Class piping cut to required length and installed with welded joints including all necessary fittings such as elbows, tees etc. (AS PER IS: 1239 PART-1 (1990) with EPS insulation 50 mm thick of 20 kg/Cu.m density, TF quality covered with glass wool cloth having zero VOC & water based thermal insulation canvass protective coating and as per detailed specifications of the DNIT.

Ducting, Grills and Diffuser

Supply, installation, balancing and commissioning of fabricated at site GSS sheet metal rectangular/round ducting complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elbows, splitter dampers, vanes, hangers, supports etc. as per approved drawings and specifications of following sheet thickness complete as required.

Supply, installation, Testing and commissioning of GI volume control duct damper complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, nuts, bolts,screws linkages, flanges etc, as per Specifications.

Supplying, fixing testing commissioning of supply air diffusers of powder coated aluminum with aluminum volume control dampers with anti smudge ring & removable core.

Supplying, fixing testing commissioning of return air diffusers of powder coated aluminum without aluminum volume control dampers with anti smudge ring & removable core.

Supply, Fixing, Testing & Commissioning of fire dampers in supply air duct/main branch and return air path as and where required of required sizes i/c control wiring, the dampers shall be motorized & spring return so as to close the damper in the event of power failure automatically and open the same in case of power being restored. The Spring return action shall be inbuilt mechanism and not externally mounted. The Damper shall be closed in the event of fire signal complete as required and as per specifications.

Supplying & fixing of following thickness duly laminated aluminum foil of mat finish closed cell nitrile rubber (class "0" ) insulation on duct after applying two coats of cold setting adhesive (CPRX Compound). The joints shall sealed with 50 mm wide & 3 mm thick self adhesive nit rile rubber tape insulation complete as per specifications and as required (Having minimum 45kg/Cum density)

PVC Coated Flexible Canvas Duct Connector with Class"B" fire rating

Providing and fixing false ceiling at all height including providing and fixing of frame work made of special sections, power pressed from M.S. sheets and galvanized with zinc coating of 120 gms/sqm (both side inclusive) as per IS : 277 and consisting of angle cleats of size 25 mm wide x 1.6 mm thick with flanges of 27 mm and 37mm, at 1200 mm centre to centre, one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5 mm dia x 50mm long with 6mm dia bolts, other flange of cleat fixed to the angle hangers of 25x10x0.50 mm of required length with nuts & bolts of required size and other end of angle hanger fixed with intermediate G.I. channels 45x15x0.9 mm running at the spacing of 1200 mm centre to centre, to which the ceiling section 0.5 mm thick bottom wedge of 80 mm with tapered flanges of 26 mm each having lips of 10.5 mm, at 450 mm centre to centre, shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to G.I. intermediate channel with connecting clips made out of 2.64 mm dia x 230 mm long G.I. wire at every junction, including fixing perimeter channels 0.5 mm thick 27 mm high having flanges of 20 mm and 30 mm long, the perimeter of ceiling fixed to wall/partition with the help of raw plugs at 450 mm centre, with 25mm long dry wall screws @ 230 mm interval, including fixing of gypsum board to ceiling section and perimeter channel with the help of dry wall screws of size 3.5 x 25 mm at 230 mm c/c, including jointing and finishing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges of the board with recommended jointing compound , jointing tapes , finishing with jointing compound in 3 layers covering upto 150 mm on both sides of joint and two coats of primer suitable for board, all as per manufacturer's specification and also including the cost of making openings for light fittings, grills, diffusers, Trap doors, cut outs made with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed, all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the Engineer in Charge but excluding the cost of painting with:

Wiring for group controlled (looped) light point / fan point/exhaust fan point/call bell point with 1.5mm2 FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, with 1.5mm2 FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc as required.

Group C

Supplying and fixing of following sizes of medium class PVC conduit along with accessories in surface/recess including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required.

Supplying and drawing following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in the existing surface / recessed steel / PVC conduit as required.

Supplying and fixing suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess including providing and fixing 3 pin 5/6 amps modular socket outlet and 5/6 amps modular switch, connection etc. as reqd.

Supplying and fixing suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess including providing and fixing 6 pin 5/6 and 15/16amps modular socket outlet and 15/16 amps modular switch, connection etc. as reqd.

Supplying and fixing of following ways surface/ recess mounting ,double door, vertical type, 415 V, TPN MCB distribution board IP 43 of sheet steel, dust protected, duly powder painted, inclusive of 200 A tinned PAN assembly copper bus bar, common neutral link, earth bar,din bar for mounting including the cost of 200 Amp 36 KA TP MCCBs As a incomer & as outgoing 2 no each 40 Amp TP MCB & 2 no 63 Amp TP MCB and rest provision for SP MCB Complete as required .

Supply of 4 core copper conductor, XLPE insulated PVC sheathed armoured cable confirming to IS : 7098 (part – I), 1100 v Grade of the following sizes.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and copper lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE copper conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.
