JCB Engaged for leveling of Sub-Base including side along old main road(NH1A).

Providing, laying, watering and compacting earth mixed with round shingle including rolling with road roller of 8-10 tonne capacity, the size of shingle shall not exceed 200mm in thickness including it’s carriage from source of supply to site of work.

Earth work in bulk excavation by manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 m2 on plan) including disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 meters and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. All kinds of soil :

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction and of approved size and design/shape laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, filling the joints with coarse sand etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting propping etc. and removal of formwork for

Foundation, footing and bases of columns.

Cement concrete flooring 50mm thick in (1:2:4) finished with floating coat of neat cement.

Supply of good earth/manure/sludged and mixing earth and sledge or manure in proportion specified or directed by Engineer in charge including fine/rough dressing of ground,breaking of clods,uprooting of weeds from the trenched area after 10 to15 days of its flooding with water all complete including disposal of uprooted vegetation/grass.

Providing and grassing/plantation of lawns planted in rows or as specified and excavating the ground to the depth of 15cm removing excavated material from site,back filling with garden earth,adding prescribed quantity of organic manure, beeding before plantation of the grass leveling, watering and maintenance of lawns for 30 days or more till the grass forms a thick lawn free from weeds and fit for mowing including supply of good earth if needed.

Supply and planting ground covers for hedging and shrubbery with 300mm height,planted in rows of 150mm by excavating the ground to depth of 15cms removing excavated material from site,back filling with garden earth,adding prescribed quantity of organic manure,beeding before plantation,leveling,watering,cleaning from weeds as required.The rates shall include mortality replacement and maintenance of lawn for period of 03 months or handing over of project whichever later, placed at 450mmc/c.

Preparation of beds for hedging and shrubbery by excavating 60cm deep and trenching the excavated base to a further depth of 30cm,refilling of excavated earth after breaking clods and mixing with sludge or manure in the ratio of 8:1(eight parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20%: one part of stacked volume of sludge or manure after reduction by 8%) flooding with water,filling with water if necessary watering and finally fine dressing,leveling etc. including stacking and disposal of material declared unserviceable and surplus earth by spreading and leveling as directed,within lead of 50cm complete(cost of sludge,manureor extra earth to be paid for separately).

Structural steel work in built up sections, trusses and framed work, Including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. Welded

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 25x25 mm made of G.I. wire of dia 3 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand. Two or more coats.

Flooring with marble stone of specified thickness as per sample of marble approved by Engineer-in-charge,over 20mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry including rubbing,polishing and curing complete.

Providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes channels, plates etc. including welding ,grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete ,including fixing the railing with necessary accessories and stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc. of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge.
