M&L for Brickwork with sub Class 'B' bricks in 1:4 cement morter . All complete in all respect as directed by EIC. (Brand of cement: Ambuja, ACC, Ultratech or its equivalent)

M&L for 15 mm avg. thk. 1:4 ratio new cement plaster.all complete in all respect as directed by EIC. (Brand of cement: Ambuja, ACC, Ultratech or its equivalent)

M&L for doing PCC with 20.00 mm stone chips @ 1:2:4 nominal mix. (Cement Brand:- ACC, Ambuja, Lafarge or its equivalent) as directed by EIC.

M&L for doing rolled MS (Fe410-W, Gde-E-250, quality-A) framework with angle, channel, joist, tee section as per requirement including cutting, bending, welding fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates all complete in all respect.

Labour only for surface dressing n exc 15 cm deep in soft/loose soil as directed by EIC.

M&L for brick soling with sub class 'B' bricks, laid flat in floor and dry on lalyer of 25 mm thk sand bed and filling the joints with same.

M&L for white sand filling in floors, including watering as required.

M&L for bally piles, hardwood, any class, 15cm mean dia, cut to lengths required (n exc 9m) and planted in position ready for driving all complete in all respect as directed by EIC.

Labour only heading & pointing bally piles 15cm mean dia, cutting of heads after driving and taking off rings, removing cut off portions to store all complete in all respect as directed by EIC.

Labour only for Driving Bally piles 15cm mean dia with necessary arrangement (portion in ground only to be measured), n exc 6m in depth all complete in all respect as directed by EIC.

S&F of ballies, hardwood (Type-3 ballies) & fixed with nails or bolts horizontally for fixing & holding of vertical piles in position all complete in all respect as directed.

S & F of 0.80 mm thick galvanized, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with coach screws and washers, in walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 275 to be fixed vertically all complete in all respect as directed by EIC.

M & L for hand packing (any thickness) by broken bricks at back of walls, over arches etc. and raising (or lowering) to be required level all complete in all respect as directed by EIC.

M&L for double coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer after prepration of surface on new iron surfaces all complete in all respect.

M & L for preparing surfaces of timber piles and dipping in a hot mixure of tar and creosote in the proportion 20kg coal tar pitch to 25 litres of creosote oil, for 4 mins all complete in all respect as directed by EIC.

Preparation of external wall surfaces before painting by washing, rubbing down including steel wire brushing to remove all accumulated dust, dirt, oil etc. to make it fit for Acrylic Smooth exterior paint, all as directed by the EIC.

M&L for applying two or more coats of 100% Premium Acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade ( Company Depot Tinted) with Silicone additives @ 1.43 ltr/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.9 litre/ 10 sqm) (Brand: Asian Paints, Berger, Dulux or its equivalent as directed by EIC)

Fixing of chain link fencing including line wires any mesh, size and type to any type of standards rails, straining bolts etc. including provision of binding wire.

Supply of Chain link MS galvanized fencing any size or type.

M&L for RCC @ 1:2:4 with 20 mm graded stone chips. (Cement Brand: ACC/ Lafarge/ Ultratech or its equivalent)

M&L for MS TMT bars in RCC, cut to length, bent to shape as required.

M&L for wooden formwork /shuttering for RCC.

Removing the demolished building material as directed.

Recovery of scrap iron /steel of any description including reinforcement.
