Supply, Laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 150 Sqmm 3.5 core with and including cable gland & cable lugs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Ditto all as per Serial Item No 1, but for aluminium conductor of size 120 Sqmm 3.5 core.

Ditto all as per Serial Item No 1, but for aluminium conductor of size 95 Sqmm 3.5 core.

Excavation for earth work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 metre in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 metre, including getting out the excavated hard rock (blasting prohibited) and disposal of surplus excavated hard rock as directed, within a lead of 50 metre complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for sand cushioning to underground cable and punning for cushioning of cable 8cm below the cable and 15cm above cable all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note:- Measurement shall be done after punning down of sand.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1, flat size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm and abutting each other with gap between adjacent precast concrete cable cover not exceeding 10 mm over underground cables for protection complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in Soft/disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated rock not exceeding 50 metre from starting points complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for cutting of hard standing / Road for laying of pipe line/cable and making good surfaces after laying of pipe line/ cable up to 30cm in depth complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for GI tubing medium grade in repairs including accessories for protection of cables on poles / under road crossing of 80 mm bore size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying HDPE duct pipe of bore 100 mm for protection of electric cables complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply and installation of fast earth electrode 3.0 metre length size model F84, having two MS pipe one inside the other with proper not deep galvanised outer diameter 88 mm and inner diameter 48 mm and the cavity between the rod pipes is filled with ground resistance improvement powder, sealed with both end the outer pipe of electrode should be zinc coated, the electrode should buried directly in the ground by making boring of diameter 10" with boring machine highly conductive non-magnetic and non-corrosive is to be connected with Gl strip 25 X 4 mm of 2 to 3 metre length to facilitate further connection to earth dolly and provision of earthing chamber in bricks wall size 45 x 45 x 15 cm an having PCC cover of required size complete all as directed and all as per IS 3034 (1981) complete. Note: Gl strip to be measured and paid separately.
