Demolition of Lime concrete/Mud phuska /PCC of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including removal of demolished material beyond the MD land to a distance exceeding 500 mtr not exceeding 1.5 KM complete all as specified and directed

M & L 25 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in padding concrete (levelling course) on roof to maintain the uniform slope/ roof kerb etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:4) on concrete surfaces of roof top ( accessibe/ non accessible) with integral water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed. Note : Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

M&L laying APP modified water proofing membrane as per IS-16540-2017/ IS-16532-2017 mineral finish, 3mm thick and weighing not less than 3.5 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyster/ HMHDE mett black finished by torch bonding complete over priming plastered roof surfaces with bituminuous primer @ 0.3 Kg/per Sqm as per IS-3384 with 100mm overlap all as per manufacturer's instructions and complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65 mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified

Taking up or down 15 mm dia steel tubing & connections including cleaning for refixing complete all as directed.

S & F 15mm dia steel water tubing 'medium grade' galvanised, with all fittings & fixed complete to walls & ceilings or laid in floors.

Fixing only 15mm dia. steel water tubing 'medium grade' galvanised, with all fittings & fixed complete to walls & ceilings or laid in floors. Note: Serviceable tube obtained from taking down shall be reused.

Taking up or down 20 mm dia steel tubing & connections including cleaning for refixing complete all as directed. Note: work to be executed in bldg upto height of 4 floors.

S & F 20mm dia steel water tubing 'medium grade' galvanised, with all fittings & fixed complete to walls & ceilings or laid in floors. Note: work to be executed in bldg upto height of 4 floors.

Fixing only 20mm dia steel water tubing 'medium grade' galvanised, with all fittings & fixed complete to walls & ceilings or laid in floors. Note: 1.Serviceable tube obtained from taking down shall be reused.2. work to be executed in bldg upto height of 4 floors.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster of any description including raking out joints and hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 using WPC and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepartion of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper (OBD) over a coat of chalk whiting complete.

Dismantling water tanks exc 500 & n exc 1000 ltr capacity complete all as spd and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks exc 500 & n exc 1000 ltr capacity, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning with using bleaching powder or suitable chemicals for removing all scales & dirt including rectifying the inlet and outlets and float valves of tank for any leakage etc. and hoisting and reconnecting and re-fixing in position complete all as directed.

S&F 1000 ltrs capacity rotational moulded polythylene water storage tank ( cylindrical vertical with closed top ) double layered, hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I including suitable nipple to HDPE water tank and incl 15 mm dia PTMT Ball valves high pressure with epoxy coated aluminum rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed (Min wt 142 gms) complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE: Supply of water should not be interrupted during execution of work.

M & L 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base for water tank floor and pavings etc., complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in of water tank complete all as directed.
