Brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM(1:4) incl demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone-work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified.

Ditto- item No. 3 above but except brick complete.

M&L for providing plain cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60cm I height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in water roughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed.

Reinforced cement concrete 1:2 :4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete (reinforcement to be measured separately).

Mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and above as reinforcement for concrete, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete.

-ditto- all as per Item No 7 Above but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders.

M&L 15 mm thick Ready mix plaster (Make:- Ultratech readiplast /Birla Aerocon RMP /ACC Suraksha RMP ) on brickwork or concrete surfaces of wall (external surface ) finished even and smooth including Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, including cutting of trees, shrubs or any type of vegitation upto and including roots complete all as specified and as directed by engr-in-charge.

M&L 15 mm thick Ready mix plaster (Make:- Ultratech readiplast /Birla Aerocon RMP /ACC Suraksha RMP ) on brickwork or concrete surfaces of wall (external surface ) finished even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed by engr-in-charge.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground , complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of fencing wire mesh, any type, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismentling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not other wise provided.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes ) each n. exc 0.5 Cum in soft/loose soil, getting out,removing soil to a distance n. exc 50M , complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel angle iron posts and struts, MS flat iron fillet securing chain link fencing confirming to FE-290 E-165 as in fencing including cutting tops for required shape, drilling holes,bolting, notching for wire including all necessary drilling of similar work, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain link fencing including wires, mesh of size 50x50mm or 75x75m, weight not less than 3.0-4.0 Kg/Sqm confirming to IS, type standards rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire, complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wire, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc. including provision of binding wire, complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel round bars 10 to 12mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in Repairs Galvanized, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia., barbed with 2 mm dia., barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel pins etc.as directed (each line wire to be measured).

Restraining & resecuring existing barbed wire of any type incl making good staples etc any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified.

S&F MS screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one ends and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitting with washer and one hexagonal or square nut n.exc. 5cm long and dia of shank 8 to 10 mm etc.

M&L applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of steel surfaces complete.

M&L for prepration of new steel surfaces of any description, n.exc 10cm in width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint

Supply & fixing Galvanised Concertina coil punched type 600mm dia, 10 m openable length (total length 90m) having 50 Nos round per 6 m lenght, dia of Core wire 2.5 mm(+/- 1mm) with tensile strength of 160Kg/Sqm, thickness of galvanised rozer blade 0.6 mm (+/- 0.5mm) of 30mm length, fixing/securing or tying in position over existing barbed bire and Y shaped angel iron un to 3.0 m ht of wall incl provn of MS wire stapples or steel pins etc, in dismantling of old concertina coil complete all as specified and directed.(Note : Y shaped angle iron and barbed wire shall be measure and paid seperately)

M&L for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces all as specified and directed.

M&L for preperation of new plasterd or unplasterd surface and applying two coats of cement base paint of approved tint over a coat of acrylic primer complete all as specified and as direcred.

Supply & fixing broken glass pieces of size 50 to 75 mm in CM 1:3 over wall up to 3.0 m ht complete all as specifed and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F rolled mild steel as in doors or gate of angle of other section with gusset plates, rails, braces,frame work of GRC jali, etc coplete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and incl either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fitting(exlusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete.

RCC design mix M-25 forFoundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete

M&L for one coats of synthetic enamel paint on old steel painted surfaces including preparation of surfaces of any description not otherwise descriped over 10 cm width or grith complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing 4mm thick aluminium composite panel (ACP) exterior grade (0.5mm PVDF coated Aluminium skin on top & bottom plus 3mm thick polyethylene core) on/all-round RCC/Brick column/ wall/ Fascia's/ M.S. section/ Aluminium section structure/ dead walls/under side sky light upto all height in required colour/pattern & panel size as (Area of panel shall not more than 0.60Sqm as per drawing fixed on aluminium extruded standard tubular section of size 38 x 25 x 1.6mm of approved make (Jindal/ Hindalco/ Indalco) conforming to IS;733 and IS; 1285, fixed at 600m center to center with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with expansion hold fasteners Aluminium sections shall be smooth rust free straight mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle CP brass/stainless steel screws, with 12mm (wide) x 20mm (deep) groove in joints or panels including filling the joints with weather silicon sealant of Dow coming 789 or equivalent of approved colour inacp ACP, weather sealant structural sealant/adhesive tape, masking tap, primer/ gasket/ foam/ scaffolding/ cluding 10mm dia backer rod, The rate shall include cost of ACP Panel, subframe of aluminium section for fixing of ACP, weather sealant structural sealant/adhesive tape, masking tape primer/ gasket/ foam/ scaffolding/ Aluminium cleats with screws complete including making openings as required at site like electical fittings, recess for pipe etc, all necessary tools and plants, scaffolding and as per manufacturer's technical specifications, including dismantling of old sheet complete and as per the direction of the Engr-in-Charge (Surface area of aluminium composite panel shall be measured for payment.

M&L for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, dome, plates, chain etc, including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc, of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement.

Writing letters or figures (Block. Roman, Italic or Indian) with stainless steel 304 grade, thickness of steel sheet 2/3 mm thick projected type n exc 25mm thick (depth of letter) and 30cm to 60cm high, 15cm to 45cm width, of each letter , fixed at site over granite stone/wall/plate or any surfaces incld all fixing arrangements, adhesive / stainless steel screw, etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L granite 18-20mm thick colour as approved (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms or making oval shape hole for fixing of wash hand basin and like in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 including moulding and polishing the edges complete all as specified and directed

M&L granite 18-20mm thick colour as approved (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in for wall lining (veneering to wall) 12mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 including pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including moulding and polishing the edges etc complete all as specified and directed
