CERTAIN B/R COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE WORKS AT DLRL, ASL AND DSC COMPLEX, MES INSTALLATION UNDER AGE B/R-I, KANCHANBAGH

Cleaning surfaces of RCC and AC sheet roofing RCC chajjah , sides of parapet walls by uprooting the unwanted vegetation and scrapping with steel wire brush ,watering and sweeping including taking down the leonine trees over roofs and removing the derbis to a distance exc 250m and n.exc.,500m complete all as directed.

M&L non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) first quality area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of tiles laid on and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 including dismantling existing tiles with screed bed complete all as directed.

M&L non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) first quality area of each tile exceeding 0.18 but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of tiles laid on and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 including dismantling existing tiles with screed bed complete all as directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles of size 350 x250x7 mm/450x350x7mm thick vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match the colour of the tiles laid on and including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:3 including dismantling of existing tiles along with a backing coat complete all as directed.

S&F vitrified tiles 10mm thick, light shade, (Square/rectangular) polished area of each tile n exc 0.36 sqm in flooring set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6), including dismantling old floor tile along with screed bed complete all as directed.

All as per ser item No 5 here-in-before but on vertical surfaces such as skirting over 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces, including dismantling old wall tiles along with backing coat complete all as directed.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete laid on and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 including taking down existing stone slab/ tile complete all as directed.

M&L for 40mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), as in floors finished even & smooth with out using extra cement including demolition of existing concrete complete all as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete1:3:6, type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection including providing 10mm thick joints filled with bituminous & sand mixture (1:7) at not exc 3.00 mt intervals & at corners and finished even and smooth without using extra cement including demolition of existing concrete complete all as directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete(1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) of 100 mm thick as in Path / PCC floor, finished even and fair including demolition of existing concrete complete all as directed.
