Repair / Replacement and maint of Fire Fighting System, repair to installation and external water supply works at Mil Stn Beas and Jandiala Guru under GE Kapurthala

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.50 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.50 mtr in depth for laying CI/GI/DI pipe lines and under ground cables including segragation of sand, bricks and stacking complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returing, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cms thick each layer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr away and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling and taking out old existing CI pipe line of 150/100/80 mm dia from trenches alongwith all fitting such as bends, reducers, sockets, tees, tail pieces and valves etc including jointing material of CI pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in-charge .

Ditto- all as per item ser No 4 above here in before but GI pipe line of 50/40/25/20 mm

M&L for relaying of CI Pipe of 100/80 mm dia after cleaning, washing, descaling and painting of serviceable good condition CI pipe with all fittings such as bends, reducers, sockets tees, valves etc including jointing material of CI pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge. (Note : CI pipe of good condition to be used for relaying, fittings such as bends, reducer, sockets tee etc . Only lead joints will be measured and paid separately under respective items.

M&L for relaying/ refixing of of GI Pipe of 50/40 mm dia after cleaning, washing, descaling of serviceable good condition GI pipe with all fittings such as bends, reducers, sockets tees, valves etc including jointing material of GI pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Supplying , laying, jointing & testing CI pipe 100 mm dia centrifugally cast class LA confirming to IS -1536 spigot and socketed ends in any length laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge (Note : excavation,earth work,CI fitting and run lead joint/pressfit joint shall be measured and paid for separetaly).

S & Fixing GI tubing medium grade 50mm bore (in any length) with required fitting duly laid in trenches and connecting up with water supply mains complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Job for deploying sufficient labour & Plumber (Skilled) for detecting & repairing of leakage/blockage of underground water carrying pipes of size 20 mm to 150 mm of any description such as CI/GI/DI, sluice valve at any location for repair/replacement of fittings and for rectification of defect in pipe line to smooth flow of water, including excavation & earth work, cutting existing pipe lines, dewatering etc all as specified and directed by JE E/M or Engr in Charge. (Items/fittings required for rectification will be measured & paid separately under respective item of sch 'A' & Rate quoted shall be deemed inclusive of necessary T&P/JCB required as per site requirement)

Repair to existing valve pits of internal dimensions 90x 90 x 90 Cms making good disturbed/dismantled brick work in cement mortar (1:4) and PCC coping in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 and providing MS cover in replacement made out of MS sheet 3 mm thick duly welded to MS angle iron frame 40x 40 x 6 mm including frame work as per existing size with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Ditto- all as per item No 12 here in before but of size 75 x 75 x 75 cms

Supply and fixing glass sheet size 60 cms x 60 cm & 4 mm thick in MS box including provinding new rubber beading complete all as speicified and directed by Engr in - charge.

Supply and fix rubber gasket for fire hydrant coupling of any size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Male & Female brass coupling for fire hydrant post of any size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of hose pipe rubberised fiber 70 mm dia ISI marked each length 30 Mtr with gun metal male and female coupling duly winding with wire suitable for fire hydrant 65 mm bore including taking out old unserviceable hose pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engr -in-charge (Make Padmini ISI Marked )

Supply & fixing in repair gun metal glove or gate valve with iron wheel head screwd both ends for iron pipe 50 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material & labour for cleaning & flushing of RCC over head reservoir of capacity 25000 gallons at 60 feet staging removing of silt and sludge deposited inside the tank and cleaning of entire internal surfaces of tank with bleaching powder including flushing with water, writing the capacity of tank and date of cleaning with black and white paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Ditto- all as per item ser No 18 here in before but reservoir of capacity 4000 galan at 14 ft staging.

M & L for disconnecting electric connection , Pipe connection and taking out submersible pump & motor of capacity 7.5/10/12.5 HP from bore well and taking to workshop for repair and removal of burnt winding wire from motor and rewinding with new PVC insulated coppr winding wire for submersible motor of same guage and weight to existing including replacement of motor bush, thrust plate coupling complete with key and reassembling the motor and lowering it into bore well making it functional and testing complete all as specified.

S & F in replacement of unserviceable water level indicator cum auto motor shutdown device electronic type including PVC copper cable 2.5 sqmm with GI steel wire for hanging and water censor 04-05 Nos with copper PVC cable as required as per site complete all as specified. Make- SECO or equivalent make as approved by Engr in Charge

M&L for repair/maint of existing sluive valve by changing spindle, gasket, wheel etc to remove leakage at site all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for painting of CI/GI pipe 40 mm to 150mm dia laid in open surface/wall with 2 coat of super enamelled black paint after cleaning, brushing the existing surface of pipe at Pump houses in various location of Beas and Jandiala all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge

S&F in replacement Cast Iron Air Valves with two air Outlets, suitable upto 80 mm dia bore and fixing Up in cast iron water supply mains all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable hose pipe fire box , supply and fixing sheet metal fire box panel 16 gauge of size 80 x 60 x 30 cms thick welded to MS angle iron frame of size 40 x 40 & 6 mm and legs (02 Nos ) welded to angle iron frame at one end of other to be embedded in cement concrete by drilling/grouting & cutting on existing platform and making the surface goodncluding providing 'L' type hook for supporting hose pipe including transparent fibre glass size 60 cms x 60 cm & 4 mm thick in MS box with rubber beading in openable door of panel (one side openable with hinges on other size) and painting with two coats of synthetic enameled RED paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for painting of Sheet Metal Hose pipe fire box panel with two coats of synthetic enamelled Red Paint after cleaning/brushing the existing surface in 2 ASD Depot area all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge

Supply & fixing in replacement fire hydrant stand post/Stand post 80 mm dia GI/MS both flaged type 1.5 mtr height in 2 ASD Depot area and taking out old unserviceable stand all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for painting the fire hydrant stand post/Stand post 80 mm dia GI/MS both 1.5 mtr height after cleaning the existing surface with super enamelled BLACK/ RED paint as per site requirement in 2 ASD Depot area all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Disconnect the Electrical connection and water pipe connection of motor pump and taking out the motor pump from borewell and column pipe of 03 mtr long upto 8 to 10 Nos length with required T&P for carrying out the developing the borewell for six hours with air compressor machine of capacity 250 PSI and 550 Cfm till clear water is obtain from the borewell and all the blocked stainers are opened upto depth of 300 feet and again relowering the pump set along with column pipe of 80/100mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engijneer in Charge .
