Average Annual financial turnover during the last 3 years, i.e 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25 should be 2 Crores

Consortium in any form is not allowed

The Bidder should be registered in India under Companies Act 1956/2013 or Partnership firm as per Partnership Act 1932 or Proprietary firm and should have been in operation in India for at least 3 years as on date of the bid

The Bidder shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt of fraudulent practices and should not be blacklisted by any State Govt./Central Govt./PSU for any reason.

The bidder should not be under liquidation, court receivership or similar proceedings should not be bankrupt. Bidder to upload undertaking to this effect with bid.

The bidder should have supplied, installed and commissioned satisfactorily the Smart Classroom Solutions during last 3 years 2022-23,2023-24 and 2024-25 to any of the State/Central Government Organization/MNC/Private Organization in Karnataka in a single order of minimum of Rs. 15 Crores.

Bidder should have supplied IFPD in any State Government at least one year in the past 3 years

Certification:a)OEM of IFPD should have BIS,FCC in any CE Certificate . Copy of same is to be submitted along with bid.b)OEM of IFPD should have valid ISO 9001/14001/20000-1-2018 or latest before the date of publishing of the bid.
