MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION OF AC PLANTS AND COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE OF AC PANTS AND COLD STORAGE WITH DEHUMIDIFIER AT AF STATION CARNICOBAR

Maintenance and Operation of of Package Type AC Plant of capacity 3x5.5 TR(One as stand by) and 3x 22.7 TR (One as stand by) including air cooled condenser and electric panels by 02(Two) Refrigeration Mech (One Person per plant per shift) shift time as under :- (i) Shift timing from 09:00 Hrs to 17:00 Hrs with one Operator to each plant.

Note:- (a) The quoted unit rate shall be based on minimum wages as notifed by the Government of India / State Govt. / Union Teritory / Local body which ever is higher including all statuarry provisions such as EPF, ESIC, Bonus, Taxes etc as applicable on Bid Sub End Date along with statuary provisions of contribution towards EPF, ESIC , LWC, Bonus and his profits & overheads, shall be deemed to be inclusive all. (b) The rate quoted shall not be less than minimum wages as notifed by the Government of India / State Govt. / Union Teritory / Local body which ever is higher including all statuarry provisions such as EPF, ESIC, Bonus, Taxes etc as applicable. (c) The operator should possess minimum ITI having five year by OEM in operation & maintinance of AC Plants of above capacity and same also be approved by the accepting offcer.

Note:- (d) Contractor shall ensure that operator always be present in each shift . In case of absence of any operator the penality @ ₹ 100/- per hours per operator shall be imposed on the contractor. (e) The Contractor shall provide proper uniform , raincoat, protective cloathing such as hand glovs, Helmet, safety belt, first aid box and shoes etc to all the person on duty and the cost of same shall be deemed to be included in quoted unit rate. (f) Contractor shall provide Log Sheet and maintain the same on daily basis and the cost of same is deemed to be included in quoted unit rate. (g) The contractor shall be responsible for maintaining the area sourounded in AC Plant duly cleaned position. All necessary T&P in this regard shall be arranged by the contractor.

Comprehensive maintinace and preventive maintinace of following Air Cooled Packahe Type ,1x5.5 Tone , Make Blue star, AC Plants through qualified technician as per OEM instructions or autheticted by Blue Star complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge. Note:- (i) The complete periodical maintinace of package type AC plants to be carried out through out entire contract period. (ii) All consumeable /spare required for above maintinace shall be measured & paid under respective item. (iii) Any minor repair occured to be cleared within 24 Hrs and major repair will be cleared within one week. (iv) Proper record of minor & major repair shall be maintained. (v) All the major/minor repair shall be carried out well qualified technician having minium 5 years working experience.

Comprehensive maintinace and preventive maintinace of following Air Cooled Packahe Type ,1x15 Tone Make Blue star, AC Plants through qualified technician as per OEM instructions or autheticted by Blue Star complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge. Note:- (i) The complete periodical maintinace of package type AC plants to be carried out through out entire contract period. (ii) All consumeable /spare required for above maintinace shall be measured & paid under respective item. (iii) Any minor repair occured to be cleared within 24 Hrs and major repair will be cleared within one week. (iv) Proper record of minor & major repair shall be maintained. (v) All the major/minor repair shall be carried out well qualified technician having minium 5 years working experience.

Comprehensive maintinace and preventive maintinace of Cold Storage unit of size 2.8x2.8x2.6mtr, 40Kg/Cum, 0 degree to 4 degree centegrade--02 Nos and dehumidifier 1700 watt-02 Nos through qualified technician as per manufecturer'e instructions or autheticated by Blue Star complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge Note:- (i) The complete periodical maintinance of Cold Storage plants & dehumidifier to be carried out through out entire contract period. (ii) All consumeable /spare required for above maintinace shall be measured & paid under respective item. (iii) Any minor repair occured to be cleared within 24 Hrs and major repair will be cleared within one week. (iv) Proper record of minor & major repair shall be maintained. (v) All the major/minor repair shall be carried out well qualified technician having minium 5 years working experience.

Supply only condensor fan 230 volt , single pahse for 5.5TR /15TR Split Package tyep AC of approved make Crompton Greaves or equivalent make as approved.

Supply only 3 phase blower motor rating capacity , 3 HP for 5.5 Tone Spilt Package type AC of approved make Crompton Greaves or equivalent make as approved.

Supply only Eco friendly refrigerent gas suitable for 5.5/15/22.7 Tone Split Package tpe AC Plant of approved make.

Supply only V -belt suitable for 5.5/15/22.7 Tone Split Package tpe AC Plant of approved make.

Supply only Blower motor bearing suitable for 5.5/15 Tone Split Package tpe AC Plant of approved make.

Supply only three phase contactor AVI-18 of approved make: Telemecanigne.

Supply only remote censor display suitable for 5.5/15 Tone Split Package tpe AC Plant of approved make: Blue Star or equivalent.

Supply only condensor fan blade suitable for 5.5/15 Tone Split Package tpe AC Plant of approved make: ABS.

Supply only Eco friendly R-404A refrigerent gas suitable for Cold Storage (2.80x28.50x2.60mtr) ,40 Kg/Cum 0 degree of approved make

Supply only AC contactor ,3 phase, 415 volt, 50 Hz suitable for Cold Storage (2.80x28.50x2.60mtr) ,40 Kg/Cum 0 degree of approved make: L&T/Havels/ABB
