| 1.00AIR HANDLING UNITS FOR OT VRV SYSTEM Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of factory fabricated double skin type Air Handling Unit as per specifications given below:- AHU Construction:- The casing shall be self-supporting type, factory fabricated & assembled made of extruded anodized aluminum hollow sections to make a rigid frame structure. The frame shall be assembled using pressure die cast aluminum joints. The self-supporting unit shall consist of sandwiched panel made out of 0.8 mm thick pre-plasticized / pre-coated GI sheet outside & 0.6 mm polished stainless steel inside duly factory fabricated insulated with 43 mm thick PUF insulation in between as specified. The Entire housing shall be mounted on Extruded Aluminum channel framework having pressure die cast aluminum jointers or the framework shall be joined together with corner plates Condensate. Drain Pan shall be constructed of 1.25 mm Stainless steel sheet with 19 mm closed cell insulation (nitrile rubber / xlpe) with all corners welded with uniform slope from all sides leading to drain pan ensuring no stagnation of condensate water. | |||||
| 2.00Fan & Motor:-Plug type centrifugal fan (with Min. 75 % efficiency) with blower motor, drive and flexible duct connection. The fan motors shall be suitable for 415 ± 10% volts, 50 ± 5 % HZ, 3 phases TEFC SQ. Cage induction motor. The motor shall be specially designed for quiet operation & motor speed shall not exceed 1440 RPM (IE3). Coil Section- The cooling & heating coil shall be made of aluminum fins and copper tubes of dia.12.5mm or 16mm OD. The minimum no. of fins / cm for cooling coils shall be 4.7 & for heating coil it shall be 2.4. The bonding of aluminum fins with copper should be done hydraulically. The tube thickness shall be 26 G & fin thickness shall be 37 G. The cooling / heating coil should be tested for leaks at a hydraulic pressure of at least 10 Kg / sq.cm. for a minimum period of 3 hours at works. The velocity across face should be limited to 152 meter / minute. Coil shall be designed for following parameters: Chilled Water IN / OUT ‐ 44 °F/ 54 °F. | |||||
| 3.00Pre Filter Section:- Cleanable metallic viscous type filter made out of aluminum wire mesh or of dry cleanable synthetic type minimum 50mm thick, shall be provided on the suction side of AHU as a standard equipment with the unit. These filters shall have the efficiency of 90% down to 10 micron particle size. When these filters become loaded or full of dirt, it is removed from service and replaced by another filter. The dirty filter can then be washed in a cleaning solution in a tank, dried and then given a bath of viscous oil. Face velocity across these filters shall not exceed 155 MPM. Fine/microbe Filter Section:- These filters shall have efficiency of 99% down to 3 micron particle size as per EU standard. Face velocity across these filters shall not exceed 155 MPM. | |||||
