Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level :

1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work upto plinth level :

1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :

Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.

Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

12 mm cement plaster of mix :

1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Cutting road and making good the same including supply of extra quantities of materials i.e. aggregate, moorum screening, red bajri and labour required.

Providing and laying hollow cement concrete block walling consisting of hollow block of size 400 x 200 x 200 mm of mix 1:3:6 (1 cemnt: 3 coarse sand and 6 graded ston aggregates 10mm nominal size) laid in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement and 6 coarse sand) upto floor five level.

Laying 16.10mm dia Single mode (Armoured) 9/125 micron fiber cable with 32/26 mm dia PLB HDPE(High density poly ethylene) ducts before filling with excavated soil into the trenches including carriage of cables upto 500m lead and all the charges upto laying of cables etc. all complete as per the direction of EIC.
