Day to day cleaning on daily basis including brooming, cleaning, sweeping & dusting in rooms, corridors and cleaning of all the toilets with all cleaning material like as indoor & outdoor broom, dust pan, mop, bucket, scrub brush, trash can, garbage can and garbage disposal bag, floor cleaner etc. The work also includes dusting of office furniture like table, chairs, almirah etc. complete in all respect of RIICO Office Building (Including Ground floor, First floor including rooftop solar panels (time to time)) and campus as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge on following terms & conditions of the work :-(i). If labour not attend the work in office on any day, the contractor shall provide alternative arrangement for cleaning of office, otherwise double payment of the day will be deducted as penalty.(a) The contractor should visit the site of work and rate should be quoted accordingly. (ii). All the requisite labours required for proper execution of work as per complete scope of work, shall be arranged by the Contractor.(iii). The office shall be cleaned daily before starting of office hours and labour shall be available in the office upto evening for cleaning requirement.(iv). The required cleaning material will be provided by the contractor at his own cost as and when required. (v). The rate shall be quoted including all labour, material, lead lift, transportation and taxes etc. complete on monthly basis i.e. complete job per month. No tender in which rate quoted in other manner shall be considered. (vi). The sodium hypo-chloride solution shall be used additional, alongwith water during mopping of floor/toilet at office as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
