Supply ,installation, testing and commissioning of Online Effluent Quality Monitoring System for measurement of Total suspended solids (TSS), Chemical oxygen demand (COD),Biological oxygen demand (BOD), pH, NH4-N and NO3-N, by supplying either single analyser with various sensors (spectral measurement in the UV-vis range 200-720nm) performing reagent and chemical free analysis, ultrasonic cleaning of sensor, signal cables and power cables, local data acquisition and display of data on continuous basis at the inlet of STP. The details of the equipment’s are as under: -

1. Multi-Parameter Controller capable of interfacing with all the specified sensors/parameters as mentioned in the scope of supply. The controller shall have provision for USB interface for data transfer, configuration, and firmware updates. It shall support remote maintenance and remote communication for diagnostics, monitoring, and troubleshooting. The controller shall be designed for continuous operation in industrial environments and shall ensure reliable data acquisition and transmission. 2. 3. pH Analyzer • Measuring Principle: Potentiometric measurement using a combination electrode • Integrated NTC for Temperature measurement • Ranges: 0.00- 14.00 pH Mechanical Sensor shall be V4A stainless-steel 1.4571 Protection cap: PVC Sensor holder: POM Protection rating: IP68.
