Repair to RI Office Building at Khajuripada for the year 2026-27_Building

Supplying fitting & fixing of G.C.I sheet in roofdrilling holes in wind ties including fixing of ridges valleys wind ties with all T&P etc completeincluding cost of fittings and all materials, labour,with T & P,Cess etc required for the work complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply of HYSD bars confirming to grade S-415 cutting bending,binding, cranking hooking, welding jointing (if required) the M.S.Rods or Tor steel & binding wires and binding tying the grills hoisting lowering & placing in proper position as required for RCC works with cost conveyance &of M.S. Rods or Tor steel & binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and labour with all T&Prequired for the work with Cess etc,complete in all floors (weight of binding wire will not be considered for payment and payment will be made on weight of M.S. Rods or Tor steel only) etc. in all respects as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work excavation in ordinary soil in road embankment with all leads and lifts including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.30 (1’-0”) in depth with all labour, Cess and T&P etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing & filling good clean river sand of approved quality including watering to complete saturation & ramming complete including cost conveyance, royalty, DMF (10% over royalty), EMF (5% over royalty) & Addl. Charges, Cess & taxes of all materials & cost of all labour required for the work etc complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Providing Cement Concrete (1:3:6) with 40mm size clean hand broken granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry includinghoisting lowering & levelling in position to required level in each layer not exceeding 15cm thick in foundation including frame work where neCessary ramming using vibrator to proper slope and levelling curing dewatering with cost conveyance royality, DMF (10% over royalty), EMF (5% over royalty) & Addl. Charges, labour of all materials and including hire & running charges of machineries required for the work including supplying & working of pumps and Cess as per the specifiction and direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Wall painting one coats with plastic emulsion paint of approved quality & shade on old work to give an even shade with brush to interior walls suraface after cleaning the surface including cost of plastic emulsion paint with cost, conveyance andof all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with Cess etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Finishing wall surface two coats with any approved weather shield cement paint to outer wall surface after celaning surface including cost of paint watering curing with cost conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P and Cessrequired for the work etc, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying,fitting & fixing vetrified floor tile of premium grade having thickness 8mm to 10mm conforming to 13756 ofsize 60Cm x 60Cm plain (Ivory) in floor with applicationof polymer modified quick set cement based water resistant adhesive conforming IS:15477 of 10 mm thick bed and filling joints with white cement of approved quality including cost,conveyance of all materials, royalty, DMF (10% over royalty), EMF (5% over royalty) & Addl. Charges labour,Cess, T& P etc required for the work complete in all respect as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 20 cm X 30 cm ceramic wall tiles fixing in dadoos skriting and rises of steps on 12mm thick cement plaster (1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including polishing complete including cost of pre cast tiles watering & curing for 7 days with cost conveyance royalty, DMF (10% over royalty), EMF (5% over royalty) & Addl. Charges of all materials & labour T&P with Cess required for the work etc, complete in all respect and surface finishing with polishing materials as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
