M & L for LT underground cable of following sizes, XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty, 1100 Volts grade, confirming to IS 7098 Part-1 1988, with aluminium conductor, multistranded including centre gland, lugs, jointing materials etc laid in trench or fixed to walls including connecting, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation, earth work, PCC covers and cushioning shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of the Schedule.

S & F distribution box suitable for 16 sqmm 4 core cable alongwith glands, 02 rings & lugs with 01 No MCB of 6 Amp connector, fixed on existing pole with clamps, nuts & bolts, including all connections complete all as specified and directed. Make: Sintex Model: JSB-1414 or equivalent

Supply and lay 2.5 sqmm 3 core copper cable (for phase, neutral and earthing) duly run through and including 20 mm dia rigid PVC conduit, properly clamped to pole, from DB to street light fitting, using brackets complete all as specified and directed. Note: 01 run of 3 core copper cable and 01 run of PVC conduit shall be measured as unit length

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth for laying UG cables and getting out in soft disintegreted rock soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick in soft/disingretated rock complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance n.exc 50m, depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying dry river sand in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned thickness only shall be measured and paid

Supply and laying unreinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1, flat, of size 250 X 150 X 40 mm, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of RCC LT pole above the ground level including coping and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of cement primer including writing pole numbers/ letters in 12 cm height in white paint on black background complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted surfaces of LT cross arms, clamps etc and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. Note: Any number of cross arms and clamps on each pole shall be measured as single job.

M & L for earthing complete with steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6.3 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to 4 mm dia GI earth wire by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers etc including 15mm dia protection pipe upto 7.5m length, connecting the earth lead to earth connection in the main distribution box with lugs and GI nuts, bolts etc as shown on electrical plate No 3 of SSR part 1 including neccessary excavation in disintergrated rock, filling earth upto 15 mm thick and providing earth pit, 20mm dia GI funnel, PCC earth chamber, 100mm thick precast RCC cover with suitable precast RCC frame and earth test point and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay GI tubing, 50 mm dia bore, light grade, ISI marked, laid in trenches, as in cable protection, including fittings such as bends, elbows, reducers, etc and including taking down existing GI pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S & F TPN busbar box made out of 1.6 mm thick MS sheet of size 400 X 400 X 200 mm with 4 Nos Al bus bars of 200 Amp capacity for connecting cables (XLPE 3.5 core 120 sqmm as incoming and two as outgoing including lugs, glands, nuts, bolts and washers of suitable sizes) with insulator to be fixed on pole with clamps, nuts & bolts and necessary connections or on suitable angle iron frame on ground at minimum height of 0.3m duly embedded in PCC 1:4:8 platform complete all as specified and directed.

S & F fuse wire of 40 amp capacity complete all as specified and directed.
