Providing and applying ornamental painting work in traditional Jaipur pattern, including preparation of surface and approved ornamental designs using synthetic enamel or approved quality colour paints of required shades. The work shall include complete pattern making, outlining, and finishing in accordance with the approved drawings. All materials, tools, brushes, stencils, scaffolding, ladders, and labour required for proper execution of work shall be included in the rate. The surface shall be prepared properly to receive the paint, ensuring smoothness and uniform application. Work shall be executed as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
