Material and labour for R-407A/ R-22 gas charging by vacuumising complete system of central type AC plant various capacity max 156TR with double stage vacuum pump of (-2) Kg/sqcm vacuum pressure after repairs to compressor or repair in refrigeration system, charging the dry nitrogen gas & hold up to 24hrs and rectifying the leakage if any by bracing welding, replacing the O ring & gland packing of service valve including topping up the compressor oil and charging the gas up to desired pressure all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Compressor oil and refrigerant gas shall be paid separately under relevant items.

M&L for disconnecting electrical connections, removing the defective scroll compressor three phase 15TR capacity from the mounting bed of central type Air Conditioner plant , dismantle the unit by cutting and Rewinding the compressor coil with feron resistance Super enameled copper wire and replace bearing and worn out parts of compressor with lathe work for proper alignment with fill up of lubrication oil and assemble the unit , fixed in Central AC plant Testing and commission chiller package AC system complete. The job is inclusive of cutting, transporting brazing the suction and discharge lines by, reconnecting at site . Compressor make :Danfoss Model No SZ185S4RC. Note: Refrigerant charging will be measured and paid separately under relevant.

M&L for disconnecting MS pipe up to 150/100/80mm dia cooling tower pipe line, taking down and re routing between cooling tower and plant condenser unit, fixing up to 5m height with suitable clamps, washers, nuts with including PCC support and required tools & plant as per site requirement all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of AHU filter as per existing sample efficiency 90%, micron complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair Dial type with adjustable stem thermometer range min 50 degree all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of dial pressure gauge 0-150 PSI. Make : Fiebig/Guru/IMP

Supply and fix in replacement of pressure gauge cock brass of size 3/8" & 1/2" complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair Y strainer of size 80mm all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in repair water flow switch all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement thermostatic expansion valve brass type temperature range -25 to +25 degree range with connection accessories at central Ac plant complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Disconnecting and removing the existing monoblock pump set from the installed position by putting dummy plate to suction and delivery pipe line, transporting to workshop. Deassemble the motor removing the burnt out windings, cleaning slots with CTC, and rewinding the same with suitable super enameled copper conductor, insulating varnishing, removing, replacing the worn out bushes/ bearing and pump shaft repair by lathe work for proper alignment, replace gland rope, rubber coupling, washers, nuts and bolts for smooth function with one coat of primer and two coat of synthetic enamel paint after scraping the body surface of pump and motor with emery paper, writing letters, assemble the motor and pumpset Transporting to site coupling, connecting electrical and pipe connections testing complete for following cap at central AC Plant complete all as specified and directed. (a) 7.5HP Monoblock pump set.

Supply and fix in replacement power contactor 4 pole AC3 415V 32 Amps capacity. In AC plant condenser, chiller motor control panel board all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement thermal over load relay up to 28 to 40A range capacity direct mounting in LT control panel board all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement thermal over load relay up to 10 to 13A range capacity direct mounting in LT control panel board all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking down ceiling suspended chiller fan coil unit 1.5/2.oTon capacity after disconnection of electrical & refrigeration pipe connections, dismantling unit and carryout the following repair work and Install with new supports bolts/nuts and accessories, testing complete all as specified. (a) Repair/ replace blower motor 2/3speed 230V and testing of 1.5/ 2Ton FCU unit

(b) Replace filter unit as per sample

(c) Replace drip tray(pan complete) as per existing at site

(d) Replace drain pipe PVC 20/25mm to match existing site sample

(e) Cleaning Coil unit with cleaning agent chemicals

(f) Replace fault wiring kit complete.

Supply and fix in repair spring push button flush type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair LED pilot lamp AC/DC operational rated voltage complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of PVC fills of cooling tower size not less than 60x30x1.5cm , sheet thickness up to 10mm complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in replacement of PVC plastic mesh green of cooling complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in repair cooling tower fan blade made aluminum 3 to 6 blade range suitable for .5HP to 20HP motor operation with fixing accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of HVAC Thermostat range 5 to 30degree temp range, AC 230V IP30 SPDT contact suitable for FCU unit of central AC plant complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of electronic timer 3 - 30sec 240V/415V 50Hz in existing LT panel complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair butterfly valve 50mm dia, both ends flanged and drilled with disc of CI with epoxy coating class PN1.6 all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in repair butterfly valve 80mm dia, both ends flanged and drilled with disc of CI with epoxy coating class PN1.6 all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in repair butterfly valve 100mm dia, both ends flanged and drilled with disc of CI with epoxy coating class PN1.6 all as specified and directed

M & L for Insulation of MS Pipe with PUF slab 40 mm thick with and including applying bituminous compound and GI cladding with 26 gauge GI sheet complete of sizes up to 150mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation, painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer of all steel pipes /AC plant structures as per the standard colour coding including painting of refrigerant /water pipe lines and mark indication aeromark in the central AC plant complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay MS Pipes heavy grade with all fittings laid in floors or fixed to walls and ceilings etc of size 25 mm including taking down u/s pipe complete all as specified and directed.
