M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 40mm graded aggregate as in fdn/mass filling etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches n.exc. 1.50 mtr deep & 1.5 mtr wide for foundation etc or for shafts, well,manholes, pier etc n.exc. 10 Sqmtr on plan and getting out, in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Surface dressing in Hard/dense soil n exc 15 cm deep complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:5:10) type E-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks of class designation 10 all as per IS-1077-1992 (minimum compressive strength of brick 100 kg / Sqcm) old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks of class designation 10 all as per IS-1077-1992 (minimum compressive strength of brick 100 kg / Sqcm) old size bricks, straight or curved on plan any radius in half brick thick wall built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & directed.

Material & labour for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick masonry surfaces in cement mortar 1:6, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for rendering 15 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick masonry surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint on steel and iron surfaces over one coat of red oxide primer on surfaces over 10 cm widtn or girth including preparation of new surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F CGI sheeting 0.63mm thick class VIII light coating zinc as per IS : 272 of 1992 as in roof covering fixed with L or J type hooks or self thread making steel screws of length not less than 75mm as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site with suitable arangement as required.

M & L damp proof coarse to horizontal or vertical surfaces in plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone agg), 40 mm thick including necessary form work, mixed with water proofing compound over and including a bitumen layer @ 1.2 kg per sqm (Supply only water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for saparately) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete type D-2,1:4:8 (40mm graded stone aggt) as in sub base concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic Coloured 300mm x 200 mm x 6mm thick on vertical surfaces such as dado etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Chaege.

Material and labour for non skid ceramic Coloured tiles, size 300mmx300mm x7mm thick in floor etc set and jointed with neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles over and including 15mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F rolled section as in main or cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins (posts where connected to common rafters and running railsd and guides for sliding doors fixed with angle cleats or connecting plates etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Factory made plain, framed, panelled shutters, 35mm thick (with two panel) of 2nd class hard wood (Hollock) with lock rail and panels of 9mm thick commercial ply or 12mm thick vaneered particle board with commercial veneered on both sides, incl priming coat, duly hammer marked. The size of rail & style shall be as per IS 1003 part-1 kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated incl one coat of pink prime complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 2nd class hard wood as in plain, solid, straight chawkhats and frames, wrought framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered , put to gather with glue pinned at joints complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Plain Cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in seismic and other similar bands, shelves, copings, bed plates, hold fasts, plinth courses, filling in presserd steel frame and the like finished fair and even incl necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F 3mm thick figured glass pin headed type n. exc. 0.5 Sqm each pans complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing angle stop valve, cast copper alloy, chromium plated screwed both ends for iron pipe or for union, suitable for 15mm bore pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 15mm dia PVC connection with brass nut, of length 450mm, complete all as specified and directed.

S&Fixing 15mm bore tubes "medium grade" galvanized with and incl all fittings, fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors complete all as spd & directed.

S & F 100mm long butt hinges medium weight , clod rolled mild steel complete all as spd .

M & L for 200mm mild steel barrel tower bolts, of stove enameled black with bright bolts (ISI Marked) complete all as spd .

S & F mild steel pressed handles, oval type, stove enameled black,125mm fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing vitreous china squatting pan "Orissa" pattern size 580 x 440mm, white, with integral footrest (excluding flushing cistern) including connection to trap and flushing pipe complete incl trap, set with cement concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing PVC valve less syphonic action type flushing cistern low level white with PVC in let ball valve, float and handle, 10 ltrs capacity and connection to pipes including PVC connection and 32mm dia PVC long bend for squat pattern etc, set with concrete and making good to floor, complete all as specified & directed.

S&F 75mm bore, PVC (SWR) floor trap plain with grating including jointing with solvant cement incl necessary PCC & form work as required complete all as specified & directed.

S&F 110mm bore, PVC (SWR) pipes, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls incl clamps or laid in floor as required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 75mm bore, PVC (SWR) pipes, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls incl clamps as required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 75mm bore PVC (SWR) bends with oval accesse door with rubber ring joints fixed as required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for 15mm bore bib tap, cast copper alloy, chromium plated with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass frrule, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previourly untreated surface of wood or wood based materials of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth & appyling two coats of synthetic enamal paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cutting existing steel tubbing for alterations or addition, and screwing existing steel tubing for alteration or addition dia or pipe 15 or 20mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for mild steel works as in bands, straps, hook for hanging fan, hold fasts etc. conforming to Fe-410-0 or Fe-310-0, embedded portion duly painted with bituminious paint and sanded, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 50 mm thick plain cement concrete C-1, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as spd & directed. Note:- The plinth protection shall be laid in pannels and length of the each panel shall not be more than 2.00 mtr all as directed. 6mm joints filled with 85/25 grade bitumen and sand (1:3 ratio) shall be provided. No deduction for joints shall be made while making payment against the above item.

S & F 500 ltr capacity rotational moulded polythene water storage tanks (clyndrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as spd in SSR Part I.

S & F 15mm bore dia ball brass valves, high pressure with polythene float and flynut complete screwed for iron pipes etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F stop valve cast copper alloy 15mm bore screwed down high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unioin fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in bed to drain pipes including packing under & haunching against the sides of pipes (150mm bore pipe) after the pipe are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for salt- glazed stoneware drain pipe grade ‘A’ 150mm bore, jointed with cement mortar, laid in trenches and tested including fittings of same grade complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in cover slabs of manholes, gully traps etc set in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in vitreous china bowl urinal flat back half stall of size 600 x 355 x 265mm white with all fittings including waste pipe, waste coupling,water spreader complete all as specified.

Supply & fixing wash hand basin, vitreous china, white, decorative type, flat or angle back, size 550mm x 400mm incliding cutting for and pinning in ends of brackets or erecting stand but exclusive of waste pipe, complete all as specified.

M&L machine cut Granite slab 15 mm thick as in steps, pillars, window cills, cooking plateforms, partitions and like and incl 10mm thick (avg thickness) cement mortar 1:4 screeding and setting coat in cement morter 1:2, 3mm thick, set and jointed with white cement sturry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab incl cutting, waste, rubbing and polshing etc complete all as spd.Note:- (i) The rate of granite stone shall be deemed to incl for full rounded off corner/edges incl all cutting to make it square or rectangular. (ii) The rate shall also be deemed to incl for cutting and polishing machine and granite polishing to achive the desired granite finish all as spfd.

M&L for stone masonry randum rubble, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted in CM 1:6 in retaining walls abutments brought upto coarses complete all as specified including necessary provn of weep holes etc.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C1, using 20mm graded stone aggt as in coping, bands, plinth coarses, parapets etc like incl weathering,slightly rounded or chamfered throating complete all parapets complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L precast PCC (1:3:6), type C-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in bond stones for stone walling etc setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

M&L raised pointing in CM (1:4) to random rubble square/ polygonal rubbles uncoursed or brought upto courses stone masonary complete all as specified.

PVC (SWR) pipes 110mm dia as weep holes in retaining wall,complete all as specified.

M&L for Cement concrete Type C2 1:3:6 (40mm graded stone aggregate) in surface channels and drains complete all as specified & as directed

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified & as directed

S & F rolled sections as in framing for cladding, gauzing and like structural steel is painted one shop coat of zink chromate primer paint ( including preparation of surface ) fixed with angle cleats and connecting plates etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:4) 15mm thick for laying floor finishes/pavers complete all as specified and as directed.

Coloured Chequred cement conc tiles (30cmx30cmx25mm thick) in grey cement and with pigment in floors etc , set and jointed in neat cement slurry, ocomplete all as specified and directed.

S&F GI metal suspended ceiling system OREO GI lay in plain of make DEXUNE/ HUNTERDOUGLS/ LINDER 600 x600x0.5mm (TEGULAR) Edge tiles in global white colour to be laid on strong 24mm T-section flanges colour white having rotary stitching on the main runner with web height of 38mm. The tiles should have humidity resistance of 100% with light reflection of 62% Note: (i) To comprise main runner 1200mm centres securly fixed to the structural soffit at 1200mm maximum centre. The first/last suspension system at the end of each main runner should not be greater than 450mm from the adjacent wall. Flush fitting 1200mm long cross tees to be interlocked between main runners at 600mm centre to from 1200 x 600mm module. Cut cross tees longer than 600mm require independant support. 600x600mm module to be formed by fitting 600mm long flush fitting cross tees centrally between the 1200mm cross tees. Perimeter trim to be wall angle of size 3000x19x19mm, sucured to walls at 450mm maximum centres (ii) Suspension system accessories consisting of HLC sleeve anchor fasteners of thread size6.5mm x 25/5 with soft cleat made of galvanised steel of size 27 x 37 x 25 x 1.6mm and level clip in dimension of 85x30x0.8mm with 4mm GI wire.

M&L for Preparation of new surfaces applying two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of chalk whiting on walls all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge
