Dismantling compressor of central AC plant for overhauling complete with connected copper pipe line and loading unloading mechanism & pump down the existing refrigerant in separate cylinder, disconnecting of electric motor of compressor, refrigerant line, gauges pipe and carry out the general over hauling of compressor of model:- SMC/4/65, Make:- Accel (R-22) including replacement of springs, aluminium washer packing, screw, lath work, cleaning with detergent & cotton waste, changing of compressor oil etc and cleaning the suction filter, oil filter, replacing the defective parts and making compete system functional for safe guard the gas with self pumping down system or with total recovery unit system including following operation complete all as specified & directed:- (i) Charging of Nitrogen Gas in unit & complete system at 300 psi pressure and checking of any dropping of pressure / leakage up to 72 Hrs after replacement of compressor & rectification of leakage if any. (ii) Vaccumisation of complete system for minimum 2 days for dropping of vacuum pressure & rectification of leakage if any. (iii) Charging of complete system with R - 22 gas for maintaining the system pressure up to HP - 175 psi & LP - 65 psi. (iv) Measure the inlet and outdoor temperature of Chiller unit for performance checking and maintaining temperature as required at site. (v) Testing & commissioning of compressor after completion. Record of all testing shall be prepared & kept in safe custody of Engineer-in-Charge for future reference. Notes :- (a) Spare parts of compressor, required to be replaced, shall be measured and paid separately as "Supply only" under respective item of this schedule (Srl Item Nos 1.01 to1.22). However, cost of labour shall deemed to be included in quoted rate for this item. (b) Any minor items required for overhauling except described here -in - after shall be supplied by the contractor without any extra cost to the deptt and the rates for the same shall deemed to be included in the quoted rates. If any dispute regirding any item is minor/Major, the dision of Accepting Officer is final & binding.

S&F in repair corrosion proof PVC Filling, inlet louvers, drift, PVC eliminators, PVC water distribution chamber and nozzles (self rotating sprinklers), GI nut bolt, float valve and all accessories/ fitting complete all as specified & directed. Note:- (a) Contractor shall ensure that the spray system shall be work satisfactory even with 50% reduced flow of water. (b) The induced draught cooling tower shall be operate according to the counter flow principle. (c) Specifications of existing Cooling tower for PVC filling are as under: - (i) Capacity - 90 TR (ii) Make/Model - Delta Model 5161 (iii) water Flow - 290 USGPM (iv) Water in - 97.5° F (v) Water out - 90° F (vi) Design wet bulb temp - 83° F (vii) Max approach for Cooling Tower - 5°F
