CIVIL WORKS
WTP works
Survey, Investigation, Soil Testing, Planning, Design and Drawing construction, commissioning etc. as per design and drawing provided by the contractor all in accordance with the relevant latest I.S. Codes and approved by the Engineer as per conditions of the bid documents. The design and drawings provided by the contractor should be Vetted by any IIT Institute or Government Engineering College approved by the Engineer, on contractor's cost. For construction of 4.50 MLD WTP on latest technology,350KL RCC CWR, Admin Building with Command Control Room, and fire fighting arrangements, first aid arrangements Cascading Aerator, Inlet chamber, alum dosing, pre-sedimentation Tank/Rapid Mix/Vertical Flow Clarifloculator/Rapid Gravity Filter with Back Wash Arrangement/Proper Sludge Disposal and Backwash water disposal arrangements to nearest drain/low laying area& Appurtenant Works of the above-mentioned capacity, automated through PLC with outputs to SCADA, walkway in between WTP components with railing, Guard Room, Chemical Store House, Gaseous Chlorination Plant, Development of WTP area with adequate plantation, Rainwater harvesting unit. Lean concrete to be used of grade not less than M-15 and other structures in minimum M-30 grade of concrete. Cement and steel should be as per approved by the Engineer/IS code. Collapsible MS steel doors and aluminum windows to be provided including of three-coat whitewashing, internal two coat white cement painting, external painting with apex ultima/equivalent paint, all steelwork must be painted with red oxide paint and two coat of anticorrosive paint etc. and internal and external electrification with adequate LED lights for the compound, including automation, instrumentation & SCADA, wireless telemetry (voice & data), including Water Testing Kits, Lab Building and essential lab equipment as mentioned in the related Items Including of supply of all materials, labor T&P etc required for proper completion of works as per direction of the Engineer. All works complete as per design and drawing approved by engineer incharge. contractor will have to provide four wheelers, two wheelers, with fuel & driver for supervision of work and computer/laptop with operator as mentioned in tender document. (Note: Only Civil work)
INTAKE WELL WORKS
Survey, Investigation, Soil Testing, Planning, Design and Drawing, construction, commissioning etc. as per design and drawing provided by the contractor all in accordance with the relevent latest I.S. The design and drawings provided by the contractor should be vetted by any IIT Institute or Government Engineering College approved by the Engineer, on contractor's cost. For construction of Intake Well (for Goahand Np & Sarila Np) of minimum internal size of 6.00 M Dia & required Height with required length & 3.5 M width foot bridge , water inlet opening having minimum intake capacity to meetout the raw water required for WTP by different inlet points, construction of stair case, Pump house, Balcony, stair case post column beams etc. Such that to fix required nos. of VT Pump mention in item number 248, Power Control Panels, starters, intrumentation and SCADA & wireless telemetry (Voice & Data), internal and external electrification with adequate LED lightings including Excavation in soil i.e. Kankar mixed morrom/soft/hard rock and lean concrete of minimum grade of M-15 and R.C.C. in grade M-30 or above, in raft/ pile foundation, Intake R.C.C wall with supply of all type of steel bars of approved quality and cement OPC 53/43 grade of any make approved by the Employer as per design and drawings and binding the same including binding materials, diversion arrangement of flow during construction by making bundh across the dam supply gunny bags, sand, their filling suitable size of steel garder, with chain puli arrangement, dismantling and refixing etc. and also supply and fixing of collapsible gate, collapsible door, almunium window as per relevent specifications also including of three coat white washing, internal two coat snowcem painting, external painting with appex ultima or equivalent paint, all steel work must be painted with red oxide paint and two coat of anticorrosive paint etc. and internal and external electrification of intake well, supply and fixing of three-row of 20 mm dia G (Midium) pipe railing with 65X65X6 mm M.S. Angle iron posts. Supply and fixing of aniet opening of required capacity as per requirements including of supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of works as per direction of the Engineer. Cost of VT Pumps, panels, SCADA panel board, pipe manifolds etc. are not covered in this item.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of OHT, upto 25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site,made with 40mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis,M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc.and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting withthe building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. For sealing cracks and faulty construction joints, routed out/making U-shape groove size 25x25mm and then primed the area with integral crystalline slurry @ 0.05kg/running metre and while the suface is tacky filled the groove up to surface with crystalline mortar @1.50kg/running metre. Once crystalline mortar is touch dry then finally applied two coats of integral crystalline slurry @1.50kg/running metre. (CPWD DSR Valume-2 Item No. 22.25.1)

Providing and applying integral crystalline slurry of hydrophilic in nature for waterproofing treatment to the RCC structures like retaining walls of the basement, water tanks, roof slabs, podiums, reservior sewage & water treatment plant, tunnels / subway and bridge deck etc., prepared by mixing in the ratio of 5 : 2 (5 parts integral crystalline slurry : 2 parts water) for vertical surfaces and 3 : 1 (3 parts integral crystalline slurry : 1 part water) for horizontal surfaces and applying the same from negative (internal) side with the help of synthetic fiber brush. The material shall meet the requirements as specified in ACI-212-3R-2010 i.e by reducing permeability of concrete by more than 90% compared with control concrete as per DIN 1048 and resistant to 16 bar hydrostatic pressure on negative side. The crystalline slurry shall be capable of self-healing of cracks up to a width of 0.50mm. The work shall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of the engineer-incharge. Repair of M.S. ladder made of 80x80x6 mm angle section and 20mm plain M.S. bars with hand rails of 20mm medium quality G.I. pipes on both sides in two rows from balcony to top dome resting on an RCC plateform (60x60cm and 10cm thick) projecting from top ring beam and one ladder inside the tank body (from manhole in top dome to bottom dome).

Repairing of proper railing of 20mm dia medium quality, G.I. pipe (in 3 rows) on both sides of stair case, around the balcony, at each landing from landing with top ringbeam upto manhole on the top dome and at the periphery. The G.I. pipes will be supported on RCC posts of 100mm dia or on the posts made of 50x50x6 mm MS angle section, spaced at intervals not more than 1.5m.
Repairing of proper ventilator at top dome in circular shape of 1.2m dia along with an RCC cover of min 1.50m dia and 7.5cm thickness, supported on small R.C.C. pillar of min. 50cm dia. The space between top dome and R.C.C. cover should be covered with mosquito net of standard quality alongwith expanded metal jali.
Repairing of Water level indicator fabricated with good quality min. 45x45x6mm M.S. angle 6 mm flat and 3 mm thick M.S. sheet. The indicator board scale made of 3 mm thick M.S. plate should have a clear width of min. 25cm painted with good paint. It should also consists of 3mm brass wire rope min. 4 smooth pulleys about 8cm dia with guides, 15cm dia copper ball float which shall be completelywater tight suitable pointer of brass etc.

SITC of 35 Sq.mm size XLPE cable from 11 K.V.UPPCL metering panel to 11 KV incoming H.T. switch gear panel to transformer. In 02 run
Supply Installation Testing and Commissioning of 100 KVA 11/0.433 KV 50 Hz Copper wound oil cooled Transformer with off load tap changer from +7.5% to -15% LV side @ 2.5 % step vectore group Dy11 as per IS 1180, 2014 Part 1 Level 2 effecient with neccessory saefty devices .
Double Plate Earthing (copper material)of complete Transformer (as per IER/IS) including civil works ,chamber cover and all material, separate double earthing for each equipment shall be carried outas per IER rules
Installation testing and commissioning of 11 KV/0.4 KV substations including Transformers, HT Panels and L.T. main control panel including all labor T&P complete in all respect.
Supply and making indoor/outdoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs of 35 sq mm size 3 core XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 kv grade.
Provision for routine testing of equipments such as transformer, HT Panels and Main LT Panel at manufacturer’s works.
