Supply, laying, jointing and testing XLPE insulated, PVC outer sheathed, galvanised steel strips armoured, heavy duty power cable with aluminium conductor suitable for rated voltage of 1100 Volts grade earthed system and conforming to IS : 7098 of 1995 and of size 3.5 core X 300Sqmm and laid in trenches/ducts/pipe or on poles complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and and not exceeding 1.5 m depth in loose/soft soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, with excavated soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm, complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for boring/auguring suitable hole & insertion of 65 mm dia GI pipe including pipe not less than 600 mm below existing PCC/road/hard standing complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- (a) Cost of equipment, tools & plants & material required for boring shall be deemed to be included in the rates quoted.

Supply and laying sand cushioning for cable protection in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete LV cable cover class Type I with 250 X 150 X 40 mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Install high wall split unit indoor/ outdoor complete including fixing bracket to wall for outdoor with cordless remote control unit and with inbuilt air ionizer and plasma filter for better indoor air quality with 5 star rating of capacity 1.5 ton complete with suitable inverter technology with voltage stabilizer input voltage 170 to 250 V & output voltage 230 V capacity 4 KVA all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge. Make Hitachi, Voltas, LG or equivalent of approved makes.

Material and labour for submain wiring in repair with unsheathed multi stranded FR-LSH copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade confirming to IS:694 drawn through and including appropriate size of non metallic concealed PVC Conduit medium grade (not less than 25 mm dia) with all accessoriese Tee, junction box and concealed in wall/ surface of ceiling for two run of 4 Sqmm single core and one run of 4 Sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor for continuity earth wire confirming to IS:694 between main DB to submain DB/ AC plug point. Note: (i) Rates are deemed to be included for chases of conduit and sunking for boxes cutting and making holes in wall/ floor for passing in or through conduit. (ii) Two run of single core cable with one run of earth continuity conductor and PVC conduit and accessories shall be measured as one length incl cutting chasing in wall complete

S&F sheet metal single pole and neutral enclosures with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20 Amp, 240 V complete all as specified and directed.

PLATFORM Platform of the panel with PCC 1:4:8 typr D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone agrregate, 15 mm thick in foundation, brick work in CM 1:6 with sub class B old sized bricks, rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on exposed surface and 100 mm thick PCC padding 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone agreegate on top and grouting bolt etc for panel. the platform shall be constructed as per Manufacturer drwaing and design.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode size 600 x 600 x 6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically not less than 4m below normal ground level with the top edge of the earth plate not less than 3.25 m below the normal ground level surrounded from all sides by mixure of charcoal and common salt and electrode connected to and including galvanised iron earth strip 25x4mm means of galvanised iron bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers and earth strip protected by galvanised iron pipe 40mm dia bore light grade with all fittings from top edge of earth plate to body of equipments fixed with and including mild steel clamp made out of FI 32x6mm and also including provision of GI pipe 20mm dia bore medium grade for watering including test point 75x75x25mm all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I connected to earthing test point with and including necessary excavation and earth work in any strata PCC pit 1:3:6 type C-1, funnel including 40mm thick RCC slab cover and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. NOTES: (i) Value of earthing should be less than 3 Ώ (ii) Item includes the cost of 7.5 m GI pipe for protection of earth strip. (iii) PCC pits extra cost of addtional length of watering pipe, bends elbows etc.shall be deemed to be included in the quioted rate. (iv) Item includes the cost of 7.5 mtr length GI earth strip 25x4 mm.

Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed o wall on batten or recess or chase or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required 4 mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire.
