Excavating over areas not exceeding 1.50 m deep and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Surface dressing n exc 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil .

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil .

Returning , filling in incl spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layer not exc 25 cm complete.

Bringing approved soil from out side MOD Land and deposited where directed including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n. exc 30cm thick, watering, ramming/rolling and finishing to required size shape etc n. exc 1.5 m height from base.

M & L for 150mm thick GSB over compacted sub grade with stone aggregate of specified grading as specified, rolled and consolidated as per required gradient and camber all as specified.

M&L for scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exc 400 sqm removing and depositing to low lying area all as specified.

M&L for 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM in two layer compacted thickness to be rolled and consolidated seperately with coarse stone aggregate of sand store flint of quartzite of grading-2 (63mm to 40mm) size spread rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tonne power roller

M&L for 75 mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM in one layer compacted thickness to be rolled and consolidated seperately with coarse stone aggregate of sand store flint of quartzite of grading-2 (63mm to 40mm) size spread rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tonne power roller

M&L for preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen at 10 Kg/Per 10 Sqm all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen at 5 Kg/Per 10 Sqm all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using paving bitumen any penetration complete

Demolition of brick work or stone /boulder masonary, built in cement moratar or cement lime mortar including all quoins,arches,pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L, brick work with sub class 'B; brick straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15 mm thick rendering in Cement Mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of cement base paint, white or tinted over one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed .

M & L for RCC Pipes 300 mm bore, Class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars in CM (1:1) including demolition and breaking up old drain pipes complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in concrete bed to RCC drain pipes 300mm bore including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested along with demolition of existing concrete bed complete all as specified and as directed.

Continuous brick edging, with width equal to the depth of the brick laid dry on end vertically with well burnt sub class 'B' old size bricks
