"Installation ,Fixing,Testing and Commissioning of 2 Tr /1.5Tr split type Air conditioner.(supplied by Rly.) "

Supply, Fixing, testing and commissioning of single phase starter with overload protection socket and plug top in plastic enclosure, As per Havells code DHDMCSNO2510525, 25 Amp MCB DBOXX COMBO Make :-North west, Havells, Legrand, Standard.

Supply , fixing , testing and commissioning of Automatic Voltage stabliser of 5 KVA cap. With TDR , input =145 to 280 V AC output =200 to 240 v=/-2 V, cutoff =High/ Low volt, Voltmeter =0-300 V, Make =LOGIC STATE, VENUS, V-Guard, Liv- Guard , microteck.

Supply and commissioning of wall / floor mounted heavy duty powder coated Bracket with fastener for outdoor unit of split A.C. complete with all related acessories as per technical scope pf work.

Annual maintenance contract of 2.0/1.5 Ton split unit type Air conditioners for periodical services four times in a year including one overhauling normally during the off season 05 inspection of Air conditioners when ever called for any other services pertaining to the effective performance of the Air conditioners , repair/replacement of parts i.e. compressor, starting components, thermostate, selector switchs, blower motor & checking of Gas etc. will be made available free of charge during the currency of contract. AMC of Split A.C. will start after expiry of warranty/Gauranty of Split A.C. (284 set for 5 years = 1420 job)

"Supply and fixing of Remote Control PCB Kit suitable for split A.C. of capacity 2.0 Tr./1.5 Tr.(40 nos per year X 5 year = 200 nos) "

"Gas charging in split A.C. 2.0 Tr./1.5 Tr. Capacity.(Gas will be supplied by the contractor.)(80 nos per year X5 year =400 nos) "

"Shifting of Split type A.C. from one site to another including installation as per site in - charge. As per site requirement.(30 nos per year X5 year = 150 nos) "

"Supply and fixing of copper pipe of condenser coil during installation/shifting of Split unit A.C. 2.0 Tr/1.5 Trcapacity.(400 fit per year X 5 year = 2000 fit). As per Site availability . "

surface Wiring of main from main distribution board to sub board in heavy gauge PVC 11 conduit Pipe as per IS : 9537 with PVC multistrand copper conductor of size 2 x 4 sq. mm in voltagegrade 1100 volt as per IS: 694 with ECC of 1/18 SWG copper wire. Supply & erection of earthpit as per IS 3043 GI pipe used in size of 50 mm dia x3 mtrs long medium gauge with alternate layer of charcoal and salt as per Sr. DEE(G) drg no MGS/EL/G/Drg/01/08-09 dt 08.08.08 .Make of GI pipe :Tata, Jindal, Bansal

Supply & fixing of 3 mm thick plywood cover the window where window AC were commissioned earlier.
