1)Providing and fixing aluminium sliding door bolts ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with nuts and screws etc. complete :

2)Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868 ) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessary screws etc. complete :

3)Providing and fixing aluminium handles ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessary screws etc. complete :

4)Providing and fixing Brass 100mm mortice latch and lock with 6 levers without pair of handles (best make of approved quality) for aluminium doors including necessary cutting and making good etc. complete.

5)Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour.

a)Two coats.

6)Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

7)Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content.

a)With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre.

8)Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

9)Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground , all complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

a) With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand).

10)Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) :

a)For fixed portion

i))Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron)

b)For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately).

i)Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron)

11)Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item):

a)With float glass panes of 4.0 mm thickness (weight not less than 10 kg/sqm)

b)With toughened glass panes of 6 mm thickness (weight not less than 15.00 kg/sqm)

c)Extra for Providing sand blasting/acid eitching on 6mm toughened glass in aluminium partitions /door of approved pattern, size and design etc. all complete as per directions of Engineer in charge. ( Rate is inclusive all incidental costs including transportation etc and nothing extra shall be paid on any account)

12)Providing and fixing mineral fibre false ceiling tiles at all heights of size 595X595mm of approved texture, design and pattern. The tiles should have Humidity Resistance (RH) of 99%, Light Reflectance > 85%, Thermal Conductivity k = 0.052 - 0.057 w/m K, Fire Performance as per (BS 476 pt - 6 &7)in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking T-Grid of hot dipped all round galvanized iron section of 0.33 mm thick (galvanized @120 gsm) comprising of main T runners of 15x32 mm of length 3000 mm, cross T of size 15x32mm of length 1200 mm and secondary intermediate cross T of size 15x32 mm of length 600 mm to form grid module of size 600x600 mm suspended from ceiling using galvanized mild steel item (galvanised @ 80 gsm) 50 mm long 8mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6 mm diameter fully threaded hanger rod up to 1000 mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2 mm,

spaced at 1200 mm centre to centre along main ‘T’. The system should rest on periphery walls /partitions with the help of GI perimeter wall angle of size 24x24X3000 mm made of 0.40 mm thick sheet, to be fixed to the wall with help of plastic rawl plug at 450 mm centre to centre & 40 mm long dry wall S.S. screws. The exposed bottom portion of all T-sections used in false ceiling support system shall be pre-painted with polyester baked paint, for all heights. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawings and as per directions of the engineer-incharge.

a)With 16 mm thick beveled tegular mineral fibre false ceiling tile (NRC 0.55 to 0.6)

13)Providing and fixing in position Tile based workstation system of size 1200 L x 600 D x 1050 HT with the following specifications

a)Partition- 60mm thick slide on based partition

b)Main & spine- AL 60mm thick partition system

c)Finishes/tiles - Fabric above table top and metal tile below table top

d)Special tiles- One fabric magnetic tile and one glass marker tile

e)Table top- - 25mm thick Pre-laminated particle board finished with 2mm PVC Edge Banding on all exposed edges

f)Table top support-25mm thick PLT Gable ends

g)Wire management-2 Level Raceway tile to mount switches below the table top level for power and skiriting tile for data. Anodised Finish 450 x 150 Flip up box with soft closures, without sockets and switches and provided with PVC Cable Dump

Arrangment of workstations and combinations shall be as per architectural drawing/workstations layout available in the office of EE(civil),Hyderabad

All works shall be carried out as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of all materials specified above including labour charges for fixing at site. Average Rate shall be quoted for one workstation keeping in view of the above arrangement. The rate shall be quoted for the work stations having broad specifications as listed above and as per the manufacturer's specification conforming to the make of Godrej make - xpress office model / HNI/ STEEL CASE or equivalent brand as approved by the Engineer-in-charge

14) Supplying of Mid back revolving chairs with active bio-syncro mechanisim,T-Spine support ,wide and soft edged PU top arm rest of a size width 76.1 cm ,Depth 76.1 cm ,height of 96.3-113.8 cm and seat height of 44.2-54.2 cm all complete as per manufacturers specification.The rate shall be quoted for the chairs having broad specifications as listed above and as per manufacturer's specification of Godrej make - versa canvas model / HNI/ STEEL CASE or equivalent brand and as approved by the Engineer-in-charge.

15)Supplying of MId back revolving chairs with adjustable head rest ,multiflex lumber support , foam -laminated fabric lumber pad and height adjustable arm rest of a size width 76.1 cm ,Depth 76.1 cm ,height of 95.5-105.5 cm and seat height of 43.5-54.0 cm all complete as per manufacturers specification.The rate shall be quoted for the chairs having broad specifications as listed above and as per manufacturer's specification of Godrej make - pulse model / HNI/ STEEL CASE or equivalent brand and as approved by the Engineer-in-charge.

16)Providing and fixing of carpet tiles of 6mm thick made with oftuffed printed manufacturing method ,backing with PVC+fiber glass ,100% nylon,level loop pile type tiles of size 500mm x 500mm x 6mm with a 1/12th guage and 481 gsm pile weight of approved series and shade of make Quadrotte or equivalent complete as per directions of Engineer in charge.The rate includes all complete as per the manufcturer's specification at site.

17) Providing and fixing removable raised/false access flooring with system and its components of approved make for different plenum height with possible height adjustment up to 50 mm, comprising of modular load bearing floor panels supported on G.I. rectangular stinger frame work and G.I. Pedestal etc. all complete, as per the architectural drawings, as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge consisting of:

a) Providing at required spacing to form modular framework, pedestals made out of GI tube of thickness minimum 2 mm and 25 mm outer diameter, fully welded on to the G.I. Base plate of size minimum 100mm x 100mmx 2mm at the bottom of the pedestal tube, G.I. pedestal head of size minimum 75mmx75mmx3.5 mm welded with GI fully threaded stud 16mm outer diameter with two GI Check nuts screwed on the stud for level adjustment up to 50mm, locking and stabilizing the pedestal head in position at the required level. The pedestals shall be fixed to the subfloor (base) through base plate using epoxy based adhesive of approved make or the machine screw with rawl plug and at least 4 nos hold fasteners.

b) Stringers system in all steel construction hot dipped galvanized of rectangular snap lock channel of matching size minimum 570x21x32x0.80mm thick having holes/notches at both ends for securing/locking the stringers on to the pedestal head using fully threaded screws ensuring maximum lateral stability in all directions, the grid formed by the pedestal and stringer assembly shall receive the floor panel, this system shall provide adequate solid, rigid support for access floor panel, the system shall provide a minimum clear uninterrupted clearance between the bottom of the floor for electrical conduits and wiring etc. all complete as per the architectural drawings, as specified and as directed by the Engineer-incharge.

c) Providing and fixing Access Floor panel of 600x600x35 mm medium grade Filled Steel anti static high pressure Lamination of 800H grade (FS800H) with pvc beading on all sides to provide protection of edges. Access Floor panel shall be steel welded construction with an enclosed bottom pan with uniform pattern of 64 hemispherical cones. The top and bottom plates of Steel is fused spot welded together (minimum 64 welds in each dome and 20 welds along each flange). The panel should be Corroresist epoxy coated for lifetime rust protection and shall be zinc whisker free and cavity formed by the top and bottom plate is filled with Pyrogrip noncombustible Portland cementitious core mixed with lightweight foaming compound.

a) Upto 300 mm Finished floor height (FFH)

b) Above 300mm and Upto 450mm mm Finished floor height (FFH)

18) Providing and fixing roller venetian blinds of approved shade, colour, dust guard treated fabric along with all hardware etc., as per manufacturer's specifications etc., of VISTA LEVELOR make or equivalent . The Venetian blinds should work by pulling a chain to roll the fabric up and down in the window, all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in -charge (outer to outer area will be measured for payment. )

19)Providing and fixing 12mm thick 6mm round perforated microedge wooden acoustic wall panels with glass wool alround video wall in NOC room with GI strip framework etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer-in-charge.

20) Removing the existing disturbed/uneven false flooring tiles along with frame work for alignment and rectifying the height of pedastals, locking of stringer, tightening of check nuts for level adjustment, fixing of base plate with screws for proper placement with available tiles etc., complete as per directions of Engineer in charge. ( Cost of screws & nuts used will be paid separately wherever required )

21) Supplying of nuts & screws wherever required framework of false flooring system complete as per directions of Engineer in charge. Nothing extra shall be paid on any account over and above the quoted rate.

22)Supplying and fixing of aluminium L-angle of size 25mm x 25mm incl screws for fixing /aligning false flooring tiles etc as per directions of Engineer in charge. Nothing extra shall be paid on any account over and above the rate.

23)Providing and fixing 19mm thick BWP anti termite plywood conforming to IS:710 for plain lining / cladding with necessary screws, of make Greenply or equivalent with screws etc wherever required as per Architectural drawings complete as per directions of Engineer in charge.

24) Cleaning of proposed space allocated for proposed NOC/Conference Hall/Waiting Hall/Support Office etc., at 7th Floor, Telephone Bhavan, Saifabad at all heights by removal of cob web, pigeon droppings, debris, unwanted/unserviceable abandoned material etc from all the rooms, dusting of walls,windows, doors ,cubboards, aluminium partitions, particle boards, glass, false flooring duct etc, with vacuum cleaner, washing the flooring of all rooms wherever required/feasible with detergent etc.,making them into useable/liveable conditions complete etc for immediate occupation as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Whole area cleaning is measured as one job.
