Earth work in excavation of field trenches as per designed section & allignment for laying of pipe lines (PVC, RCC, ACP etc) upto a depth of 1500 mm in all sorts of soils including removing spreading or stacking extra earth as directed. The item includes necessary trimming of sides trenches, levelling, dressing and ramming the bottom as required complete. Ref.:- Item No. - 01, P-14 of WRI&DD Schedule of Rate 2018.

Dismantling all types of plain cement concrete works, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m, In ground floor including roof.

Hiring Charges for Semi-Skilled labours, thick bamboo post for Scaffolding (with 10 cm. dia bamboo as main posts at the rate of 1 metre centre to centre and 7.5 cm. dia bamboo ties @ 0.75 metre apart fitting and fixing with necessary coir, nails etc. as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge), Over Head Charges, Dismantling the existing M.S. Quadrupped Sets Fittings (200mm Dia Drop Pipes, 500mm dia Main Pipe, 200mm dia Shortpieces) including stacking all serviceable materials at site and Erection, Fitting, Fixing of MS Quadrupped Inlet and Outlet Fittings all complete as per direction of the E.I.C.

Single brick flat soling of picked Jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with powdered earth or local sand. Ref.:- Item No. - 1, P-14 of PWD Schedule of Rate 2017 for Building Works. 3 rd Corrigenda and Addenda dated 04/06/2018.

Filling in foundation or plinth by silver sand in layers not exceeding 150 mm as directed and consolidating the same by thorough saturation with water, ramming complete including the cost of supply of sand. Ref:-PWD(WB), BUILDING WORKS (Vol-I), Page - 2, Item - 4(A).

Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4 m using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams and columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works (upto roof of ground floor) (a) 25 mm to 30 mm thick wooden shuttering as per decision & direction of Engineer-In-Charge. Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structure including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc. including supply of rods, initial straightening of bend bars excluding coil bars and removal of loose rust (if necessary) cutting to requisite length, hooking, bending to correct shape, placing in proper position and binding with 1.626 mm (16 SWG) black annealed wire at every inter section complete as per drawing and direction including cost of wire upto 1st floor level. Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (Ground floor).[Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface] (ii) With 1:4 cement mortar. Neat cement punning about 1.5 mm. thick in wall dado, floor, drain, door and window sill etc. complete. Ref.:- Item No. - 15, P-192 of PWD Schedule of Rate 2017 for Building Works.

Earth work in filling in trenches after laying pipelines (PVC, RCC, ACP etc) with good earth obtained from excavation of field trenches in layers not exceeding 225 mm, including watering & ramming etc. Layer by Layer complete. (Payment will be made on the basis of measurement of finished quantity of work). Ref.:- Item No. - 02, P-14 of WRI&DD Schedule of Rate 2018.

Labour charges for fitting, fixing150 mm. Dia. Alfa-Alfa valve with 160mm. dia. P.V.C. riser pipe with the help of flanged P.V.C. tail-piece by joining the P.V.C. End of Tail-piece and riser pipe with coupler and flanged end of Tail-piece and Alfa-Alfa valve with rubber insertion, nuts and bolts etc. complete. Ref.:- Item No. - 04, P-15 of WRI&DD Schedule of Rate 2018.

Supply and Transport of 500 (NB) G.I / M.S. plate flange of M.S/G.I Quadrupped set at foundation. Rate Analysed Item.

Compressed Asbestos Fibre Jointing for Quadrupod Set (for raised surface fro Flange as per IS 6392) 500mm dia (Table-5)

Repair of puncture/holes of any size in existing PVC. Pipeline of HDTW/MDTW/RLI by placing half round PVC. Pipe section of required size to cover the holesl puncture having adequate bearing on all sides and joining the half round section with solvent cement after roughening the surface with wire brush, emery paper to make the joint leak proof as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge (cost inclusive of supplying solvent cement at site and transportation of required length of PVC.Pipe to be issued departmentlly, for cutting half round section, from Sub-Divisional Stores to site)

b) Testing of pipe line system against leakages by filling the distribution chamber with water and supplying water through the entirepipe line net work for at least 4 (four) hour by running the departmental Diesel Engine pumping set, including supplying necessary fuels & lubricants and hiring and transporting tools and plants all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. i) For Major R.L.I.
