Repairs/welding of the Canopy of Truck mounted 35 KVA D.G Set by way of cleaning of the entire surface which has to be welded, welding of the canopy with base frame using arc welding. The welding has to be carried out in double layers with superior quality of electrodes. The job also includes providing of 50*50*5mm angle iron(1 meter long) 6 No’s & fitting of same by way of welding along the 4 corners & at the centre of front & back side of canopy to provide additional support. The job further includes grinding of the welded portion to make it smooth & painting the same preferably with the matching color of canopy. The job also includes labour charges

Extension of exhaust pipe of the 35 KVA D.G Set by way of welding 2’’dia & 6” long M.S pipe( piece) between the exhaust flanges.

Complete M. Oil Change: Providing/filling of engine oil (reputed make) after 8 ltrs draining out of the old engine oil from engine, The job also includes P/F of new oil filter, diesel filter and also labour charges.

Cleaning of fuel tank of 35 KVA D.G Set by way of dismantling it completely, Washing/cleaning it using K-Oil & dhoti cloth & then refitting of same.

Providing & fitting of 63 amp 4 pole with minor wiring MCB

Providing & fitting 12 volt,(25 plates) 100 APH battery of reputed quality (Reputed Make)

Providing of tool kit ( complete set) Plyer, Ring Set, Spanner Set, Screw Drive etc
