Sch 'A' Part-V (MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS) Notes: (i) This schedule is not pre-priced by MES and the pre-priced rate indicated as "Rs 0.00" under column 5 signifies this fact only. (ii) Excavation and earth work except for the items which categorically includes for same shall be measured and paid separately under SCH A PART-IV (SITE CLEARANCE, EXCAVATION & EARTH WORK schedule).

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY:- M&L PPR Pipe three layer PN 6, 400 mm dia complete with all PPR Socket complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cast Iron Sluice valve of class PN-1.6 IS-14846 marked 400 mm bore with steel spindle & cast iron wheel operating rod made of MS pipe heavy duty 40 mm bore, varried from 5 mtr to 6 mtr long as per ground requirement duly fixed on sluice valve at one end welded with sluice valve cap, at other end with handle having both flanged and directed ends including rubber gasket nut bolt and washer heavy duty 16mm dia etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting cast iron 400 mm bore pipes for insertion of new tees, branches, etc. including requisite CI fittings with clamps, washer, nuts bolts etc. complete al specified and directed Note:- Excavation and earthwork shall be measured and paid separetly under respectively Schedule.

M&L for PPR Flange Core suitable for Sluice Valve of 400 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PPR Flange Ring suitable for Sluice Valve of 400 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-l smooth finished, and reforming benching as required complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation and earthwork shall be included in the rate quoted by the contractor.
