Taking down and dismantling of all the component from engine assemble to carry out servicing / overhauling of DG sets by Complete dismantling of Disel Engine segregating serviceable and semi/unserviceable parts, decarbonisation, cleaning thoroughly all interior & exeterior parts after disconnecting the out-going connection of Diesel Engine from the Panel Board, repair /replacement of defective spares and servicing of all parts whichever is necessary reassembling the DG set after completion of work complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge for the DG Set of capacity 200KVA. Dismantling of self starter assembly for complete overhauling of self starter including replacement of carbon, armature coil, field coil, bush and auto switch and other related components of DG Set of capacities 200 KVA all as directed. Dismantling of dynamo for repair and overhauling including replacement of armature coil, carbon set, cut-out,field coil, bearing(02Nos.) etc and other related items as required and re-fixing the same on mountings and testing complete for DG Set of capacities 200 KVA all as directed. Material and labour for fabrication and fixing of valve chamber cover, made out of 3mm thick sheet including mild steel angle iron( 40x40x6mm) suitable for valve pit of size 910x910 mm (Internal dimension) with reqd hinges and welded to frame and locking arrangement and painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over acoat of red oxide zinc chrome primer to steel surface including taking out old damaged MS cover alongwith frame complete all as specified and directed.
