Filling in foundation and plinth including quarring ,collecting, conveying, supplying sand and watering incuding cost conveyance roylaties taxes of all materials and labour etc complete as per direcation by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) with hard granite hand broken metal of approved quality of 4cm size from approved quarry including hoisting and laying concrete, watering and curing, centering, shuttering and finished the exposed surface, smooth including all cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes of materials and labour T&P required for the work etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer- in- charge.

Fly ash brick masonry in C.M. (1:6) using Fly ash brick of size 25cmx12cmx 8cm of crushing strength not less than 35kg/cm2 in Foundation& plinth etc complete as per direction by the Engineer-in-charge.

Fly ash brick masonry in C.M. (1:6) using Fly ash brick of size (23cmx11cmx8cm)of crushing strength not less than 35kg/cm2 in Superstructure etc complete as per direction by the Engineer-in-charge.

Rrinforced Cement Concrete M20 using 12mm size BHG chips including cost, conveyance, royalities taxes of all materials etc complete

Providing TMT Fe-500 rainforcement bars for RCC work of rquired diameter of apporved quallity including cutting, bending, binding and tying the grills and placing in position including cost, covenyance and royalty of all materials and cost of all labour etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

12mm thick cement plaster (1:6) in finished smooth to surface of brick walls after raking out joints including watering and curing with cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour, T&P required for the work etc complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Wall painting 2 coats with plastic emulsion paint of approved shade on new work to give an even shade including cost of paint etc complete as per direction by the Engineer-in-charge.
