Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness below or above ground level complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete any description and in any position not otherwise specifcally provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm as in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation of manhole, drain, path, hardstanding and mass concerete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brickwork with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on brick work or concrete surfaces of walls mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction, surface finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Water proofing compund shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply only water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed

M&L cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, benching, bed block, cills, filling holes in wall like including weathering and slightly rounded or chamfered angle and throating as required including necessary use and waste form work mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction complete all specified and directed. Note:- Water proofing compund shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L Pre-cast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in manhole cover slabs set in cement mortar 1:6 including necessary use and waste of formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Mild steel TMT bar 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for column hooking end and binding with and including mild steel wire(annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clip complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for washing the bore with compressed air for well development (pressure not less than 250 PSI & 400 cubic feet per minute capacity) to improve porosity till clear water is achived and taking out all the sedimentation silt deposited at a distance exceeding 50 m complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Trial bore of 160 mm dia pilot bore through any kind of soil strata including hard stone/boulder etc complete all as specifed and as directed.
