Regular maintenance of lawn grass by deputing experienced Gardner including welding out of all undesired growth . Watering , Trimming of lawn grass by using Proper machine grass cutter etc. Spreading of Fertilizer (decomposed cow dung and jaivik khad) manures & pesticides etc as requirement with all cost of men , material to complete the job as per direction of JE/SDO . (At 132 KV S/s Kauriram - 350 Sq. M and 132 KV S/s Barhalganj- 420 Sq. M per Month Total Qty. for 01 year= 9240 Sq. M)

UP keep of flower bed and hedge bed by welding out of all undesired growths , watering , trimming time to time using khurpi etc. Spreading of Fertilizer (decomposed cow dung and jaivik khad) manures & pesticides etc as requirement with all cost of men , material to complete the job as per direction of Engineer . (At 132 KV S/s Kauriram - 195 Sq. M and 132 KV S/s Barhalganj- 150 Sq. M per Month Total Qty. for 01 year= 4140 Sq. M)

Up keep of different type of plants planted in drums the works covers digging , providing decomposed cow dung , pesticides & manures , watering , trimming time to time etc . For the period of one year . (At 132 KV S/s Kauriram - 10 Nos. per Month Total Qty. for 01 year= 120 Nos.)

Up keep of different type of plants planted in vase the works covers digging , providing decomposed cow dung , pesticides & manures , watering , trimming time to time etc . For the period of one year . (At 132 KV S/s Kauriram - 60 Nos. and 132 KV S/s Barhalganj- 55 Nos. per Month Total Qty. for 01 year= 1380 Nos.)

Providing & Planting of different seasonal plants at least 30 cm 40 cm tall , well rooted , fresh , healthy of good shape with several branches in flower bed along with all associated work to complete the job . (At 132 KV S/s Kauriram - 300 Nos. and 132 KV S/s Barhalganj- 240 Nos. Total Qty. = 540 Nos.)

Painting of Earthen & cement flower vase with red end green colour alternatively placed (30 Nos. vase x 3+20x3 times = 150 Nos. in a year) . (At 132 KV S/s Kauriram - 90 Nos. and 132 KV S/s Barhalganj- 60 Nos. Total Qty. = 150 Nos.)

Painting of flower drum in two coats with green and black colour on the uncovered portion after applying primer . (At 132 KV S/s Kauriram - 10 Nos. )

Painting of brick around flower bed with red colour and white colour (Geru) three times in year . (140 RMT x 3 + 158x3 times = 420 in a year . (At 132 KV S/s Kauriram - 420 RMT and 132 KV S/s Barhalganj- 474 RMT Total Qty. = 894 RMT)
