Supply of 9 meter High GI octagonal pole 3 mm thick with bottom dia 155 mm and top dia of 70 mm with single arm bracket (1 mtr overhang) with end nipple to suite light fixture including GI base plate of 260 x 260 x16mm, PCD-260 MM and 4 numbers of GI Foundation Bolt-M24X750 mm.The pole shall be provided with flush door at the bottom with proper locking arrangment and 01 no 6Amp. MCB with provision of connector for connection of incoming and outgoing cable size 4C X 16 sqm. etc.

Provision of RCC foundation for erection of metallic pole of following length by providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete.1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and providing Steel reinforcement ( Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-415 or more) for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in the foundation of minimum size of 400 mm(L) x 400 mm (W) x 1000 mm (H) including fixing of J bolts, providing minimum 32 mm HDPE pipe in the foundation for looping of cable, excavation and refilling etc. complete as required.

Supply of 45watt LED type street light luminaire with single piece die cast aluminium housing including driver,IP 66 of minimum 110lumens/watt output on the existing street light pole suitable to operate 230v, 50Hz single phase AC supply along with accessories etc. complete as required.

Installation, testing & Commissioning of LED street light fitting on existing pole,supplying and drawing 3 X 1.5 sq.m PVC insulated copper couductor single core cable in the pole from fitting to MCB including connection testing and commissioning as required.

Supply of Junction box of IP 66/ IP67 /IP 69 Thermoplastic PC-GFS Polycarbonate weatherproof junction box with multi-level knockouts for cable glands in different sizes. The Junction box shall have Mounting clamp with M32 gland, 6Amp SP MCB-1no with stud type terminal block complete as required. Minimum Dimension-205x255x112mm.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 meter long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick including accessories and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. including charcoal and salt complete as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/submain wiring/ cable as required.

Capacitor Banks One numbers binary type automatic power factor sensing and correction relay (16 stages) complete with its all accessories etc. as required. All outgoing MCCB with thermal magnetic release with spreader link and phase barrier. 1 no. TP MCCB of 63 A, 25KA - 4 Nos. 1 no. TP MCCB of 25 A, 25KA - 2 Nos. 1 no. Supply of following size 1.1 kv grade, XLPE insulated and PVC inner sheathed Aluminum /Copper conductor armoured power cable conforming to IS: 7098(Part 1)1988/ IS: 7098 (Part 1) with up to date amendments etc. complete as required.

Rate for each one rupee value of work executed from the DSR-2018 (Electrical) Schedule & cost worked out on the basis of DSR-2018 (Electrical) rates. {For example, if the quoted rate for this item is Rs.0.90, then for executing DSR-2018 (Electrical) schedule works of value Rs.1,00,000.00 at DSR-2018 (Electrical) rates, the quoted amount will be Rs.90,000.00. And if quoted rate for this item is Rs.1.25, then quoted amount for the same will be Rs.1,25,000.00}
