Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with filling Sand ( M Sand ) in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (One Part of cement, Four Part of sand, and Eight Part of Aggregate) mix using 40mm ISS HBG metal from approved Quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges for mixing, laying, compacting and curing the concrete to site and other incidental charges etc., complete. as per standard specification 28 V,VI S25

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (One Part of cement, Two Part of sand, four Part of Aggregate) mix using 20mm ISS HBG metal from approved Quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges for mixing, laying, compacting and curing the concrete to site and other incidental charges etc., complete. as per standard specification 28 V,VI S25

Reinforcement Concrete 1 : 1 1/2 :3 using 20mm, gauge machine broken hard granite stones jelly for RCC items of Works excluding cost of reinforcement and fabricating charges and centering and shuttering charges but including curing wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls, sided and bottom of slab, beams etc. shell be finished smooth with cement mortor 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 12mm thick and with Kraft paper without claiming extra etc., as directed by the departmental officers complete complying with standard specifications. The rate is including vibration charges.

Supplying fabricating and placing in position mild steel or ribbed for steel and all reinforced cement concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification ( MS rods or RTS bars will be supplied departmentally at section stores and cost will be recovered at issue rate). The binding wire shall be supplied by the contractor.
