Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus spoil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good surface all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L for broken bricks hard core of gauge not exceeding 63mm, deposited, spread levelled in layers n exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate for foundations, fillings and mass concrete all as specified and directed by Engineer – in - Charge.

M & L PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, bed blocks for embeddings MS angle iron etc all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge

Providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates as in louvers and jallies, 40mm thick (measured solid) including all mouldings set in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Supply only Integral waterproofing compound all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Brick work, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:6 except bricks all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge. (Note : Serviceable bricks retrieved from dismantling of brick work will be used.)

M&L Brick work with old size burnt fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

Broken glass coping on top of walls set in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L Continuous brick edging using old size burnt clay bricks of sub class B; with width equal to width of brick laid dry on end vertically (including necessary earthwork & embedding bricks in the ground) all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S & F structural steel in roof trusses Fe 410-W (Gde E- 250 ), quality-A, (framed), trussed, purlins, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing including distance pieces, cleats etc all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S & F in repair galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at cross with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge. (Each line to be measured separately)

Fixing only in repair galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire to post and including making good staples all as specified and directed by Engineer – in – Charge

Taking down galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire from posts and removing from site all as specified and directed by Engineer – in – Charge

S & F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S & F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S & F fiber glass reinforced translucent 2mm thick corrugated sheeting with two corrugation side lap fixed with “L” type or “J” type hook or cranked hook bolts all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L for 100mm thick cement concrete type D-2 (1:4:8) using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub floors, sub bases etc all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver blocks any size and shape factory casted with grey cement and pigment and conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness, M-40 Grade and laid over and including 25 mm thick sand cushion and joints filled with sand complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 including water proofing compund finished even & smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

Taking down cement plaster/ terrazo finish on brick wall including racking out joints, hacking for keys scrubbing down with water all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L three coats of white wash including preparing new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L providing two coats of synthetic enamel paint and a coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces including preparation of surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

Dismantling of AC sheets roof covering all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.
