Renovation to Two span polyhouse (8 mt x 12 mt x 2 span side height 4mt x center height 6 mt ) shade net house @ Hirehalli station (Tumkur)

Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in- Charge, All kinds of soil for walls and plinth protection

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) for pipe grouting

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing Cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement. 12 mm cement plaster

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface Water thinnable cement primer

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) (Asian Tractor / Jonson Nicholson/Berger)

Supplying and erecting superstructure framework. : The work shall include cutting, threading, welding, hoisting, grinding, finishing, painting joints with zinc rich primer etc complete for a side height of 4 mt and central height of 6 mt. complete as per directions: GI pipes (‘B’ class ISI- medium,1239) for verticals, roof truss outer member , stuts , tie member, purlins as per design at site

Providing and fixing in position 50% cutoff green HDPE woven shade net with all edge and over laps, stitching with plastic tape to the edges as instructed at site (shade net as per approved sample and colour) etc., complete as per directions. For inside polyhouse

Providing and fixing Zig Zag spring PVC covered as per approved sample, to firmly hold shade net or mesh or polysheet as directed at site

Providing and fixing Zig Zag spring with profile as per approved sample, to firmly hold shade net or mesh or polysheet as directed at site

Supplying and fixing of GI wire adjustable tightener made of aluminum as per approved sample

Supplying fixing G.I. wire including tightening as required and as instructed at site 1.25mm dia (18 gauge) G.I.wire (60 cm c/c both ways for top to hold shade net as directed at site)

Glazing: With 200 micron UV stabilized LDPE sheet (IPCL or equivalent make) and fixing it to the polyhouse with available zigzag spring etc. complete as per directions for bottom all round , Side rollable all round, anti room

For roof and side triangular portion : Providing and fixing 06 mm thick UV Stabilized multiple wall Poly Carbonate Sheet (GE Lexan / Sunlite / Tufflite / Juli or equivalent ) of approved quality with all necessary overlaps, silicon joint sealants, fixtures, anodized bolts, nuts, washers , and aluminum profiles as per standard spacings , heavy stainless self-threading screws etc complete as per directions.

Repairs to existing GI pipe roof truss to triangular roof truss the work shall include cutting, threading, welding, hoisting, grinding, finishing, painting joints with zinc rich primer etc complete for a side height of 4 mt and central height of 6 mt. complete as per directions

Removing existing polysheet , shed net side rollable polysheet and 40 mesh including removing zig zag spring and side rollable pipes all work maximum to a height of 6 mt

Netting: UV stabilized 40 nylon meshes for sides including providing edge stitching intermediate nylon tape strengthening at every 5 mt c/c wherever required etc. complete.

Renovation to Fan and pad system polyhose (10.50 mt x 05 mt x 1 span side height 2.1mt x center height 3.60 mt ) use @ Hirehalli station (Tumkur)
