Material and labour for Cleaning of RCC Over Head Reservoirs/UG & Semiunderground Sumps/Jack wells/Filter beds/clarifier for the following capacity as described below :- (a) Before start the cleaning of RCC Over Head Reservoirs/UG & SUG Sumps/Jack wells/Filter beds/clariflocculator are to be disconnected from all inlets/outlets of pipeline and plug with suitable fitting. After cleaning, pluged line should be washed out and connected to the all inlets/outlets of pipe line as per existing position. (b) The inner surface of the walls and ceiling of the tank shall be cleaned with high pressure jet pump after emptying the water in the tank (c) After thorough cleaning of the tank, the cleaning water and sludge is to be removed by using pump and the sludge has to be disposed off at a place as directed. (d) After removing the sludge from tank the tank shall be cleaned thoroughly by using high pressure water pump first and again the floor and inner surfaces of the tank shall be cleaned by using a industrial vaccum cleaner and the tank shall be made fully dirt free. (e) After made the tank dirt free, the inner surfaces of walls and ceiling of the tank shall be treated with anti bacterial agents. (f) After the treatment as mentioned at (e) above, the inner surfaces of walls and ceiling shall be treated with UV Radiator. (g) After complete treatment, writing of "Tank capacity" 'Date of cleaning and due date of cleaning' on wall including applying two coats of white washing to external surfaces complete all as specified and directed..

All as per srl item No 01 here-in-before but Overhead drinking water reservoir 50000 gallon capacity at 216 Transit Camp Note : (i) The unit rate quoted deemed to be included draining of water with mechanical equipment and working in water and mud etc. (ii) The rate quoted by contractor deemed to be included all safety precautions which shall be taken while working on RCC Over Head Reservoirs/UG & Semiunderground Sumps/Jack wells/Filter beds/clariflocculator plant and the contractor or his Engineer shall be available during execution of the job. (iii) Lighting arrangements if required to be provided by the contractor temporarily at his own arrangements and the amount quoted for that is deemed to be inclusive in the unit rate and electricity / diesel shall not be provided by the Department. (iv) Contractor will not be allowed more than one day to do the work inside the each tank to prevent interruption of water supply to the users.

M&L for taking out existing filter media (sand and gravel) from filter bed and segregation of filter media for reuse and refilling of serviceable filter media and thrown away of unserviceable filter media for a distance exceeding 1Km from the site of work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying of new filter media including all carriages from Ganderbal to site of work complete all as specified and directed for the following (a) Gravel of size 6mm dia (b) Gravel of size 2/3/4 mm dia (c) Fine sand Note : (i) The filter media consists of gravel and fine sand (ii) The sample of fine sand and gravel to be approved by the GE befor laying (iii) The size of layer of sand and gravel will be layed after approval of GE

M&L for foundation of 100 HP PUMPSETS after complete dismantling of the existing base (foundation), removing the material retrieve and making the new base incl necessary earth work, PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, with 8 no of 8 inch bolts fixed and tightening with iron frame and re-fixing the pump sets in all respects, fair finished with plastering in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for surface dressing not exc 15cm deep and averaging 10cm deep and cleaning of surroundings of sewage/ drainage installation by cutting vegetation, bushes, grass etc. and surface dressing, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L for flat 3 core PVC insulated and PVC seathed industrial cable 25 sqmm, copper conductor for motors complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only spun yarn specification all as per directed by Engineer in charge
