Materials and labour for applying two coats of acrylic washable distemper @ 1.5kgs/10 Sq mtr diluted with water in 5:3 ratio applied over priming coat with fully automatic airless spray machine having a minimun pressure of 3000 PSI +/- 20%. .including cleaning of doors &windows,floors,glasses ,joinery electric fitting,wiring ,furniture etc with required cleaning materials Complete all as specified and directed. Note : Minimum gap between subsequent coats shall be 6-8 hrs

Materials and labour for Finishing wall with water based anti-algal 100% acrylic smooth exterior emlusion having silicon additives in two coats @ 1.79 ltr / 10sqm diluted with water in 5:2 ratio applied over priming coat with fully automatic airless spray machine having a minimum pressure of 3000 PSI +/- 20%. .including cleaning of doors &windows,floors,glasses ,joinery electric fitting,wiring ,furniture etc with required cleaning materials Complete all as specified and directed. Note : Minimum gap between subsequent coats shall be 6-8 hrs. Note for item 1.10 to 1.50 :- The work shall be executed by applicator of OEM only. The applicator shall be in proper dress through out the contract period. The rates quoted shall deemed to include the same. OEM to ensure this aspect to maintain throughout contract period.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc. Complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for 15mm thick cement plastering in cement mortar 1:6 on brick on concrete surfaces on other than fair surface, finishing the surface even and fair without using extra cement. Complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Rendering 15mm thick cement plastering on fair/unfair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 to be finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement) including WPC @ 200ml per 50Kg cement bag or as per manufacture instruction. Complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC will be measured and paid seperately under appropriate items.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound, ISI marked. Complete all as specified and directed.
