Dismantling of old water proofing treatment including screed bed and cleaning the surface with wire brushes removing dust, foreign material, tree leafs and also cleaned with water pressure and rubbish off the same out side the MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4 on floor/roof /Chajjas surfaces mixed with WPC @3% by weight of cement finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed. Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 M wide and not exceeding 1.5 M in depth for laying of UG cables and LT Panel board foundation etc and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cms in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and spread river sand to required width at bottom and top for cable cushioning all as specified and directed.(8cm before laying the cable and 15cm after laying the cable and punned into 18 cm thickness) Note: Punned thickness only shall be measured and paid.

Supply and lay burnt bricks of sub class 'B' laid dry across in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sub main wiring surface type with two runs of single core, PVC insulated, unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable of size 6 Sqmm, 1100 volts grade (FRLS) and one run of 6 Sqmm PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor for earth continuity conductor drawn through and including suitable size ISI marked rigid PVC conduit with all necessary accessories such as bends, tees, junction boxes, elbows including taking down complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- Two runs of 6 Sqmm cable, one run of 6 Sqmm continuity earth wire and one run of PVC conduit with all necessary accessories will be measured as one length).
