Rejuvenation of existing open wells RWH Singanallur Lake Near Black Mariyamman Kovil Street in East Zone within the Coimbatore City Municipal Corporation (CCMC) Area in Ward No 61 East Zone

Clearing of bushes, grass, and undergrowth around and inside the open well area including uprooting of vegetation and disposal of the same up to a lead of 50 meters, complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

For Removing Thick Bushes In Well Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure, including additional rows of scaffolding in a stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal and vertical tubes joint with cup and lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc., and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/or pointing and/or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc., wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge.

ORDINARY SOIL (SS20B) Earth work excavating and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10m & initial lift of 2m in Sand, silt or other loose soil, wet sand or silt not under water, light black cotton soil, sandy loam and ordinary soil including excavated earth (SS20B)

Excavation for PVC pipes (Structures to Well)

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (M-15) (one cement, two fine aggregates and four coarse aggregates) using 20mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification

Random rubble masonry in cement motor 1:5 (one Part of cement, Five part of Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand)) mix using all granite stones and bond stones for foundation and basement from approved quarry including watering, curing, and labour charges etc., completed as per standard specification

Pointing with random rubble masonry in cement mortar 1:3 mix, including saffolding and curing etc. complete.

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed Cement paint of first quality and of approved colour over apriming coat including preparing the surface, clean removal of dirt and including necessary plaster of paris putty wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification. Supplying Mild Steel Grills over the open well including painting etc. complete.

Fixing in position mild steel grills for windows, ventilators, etc.

Providing and fixing M.S Ladder 600mm wide, with vertical angle 65x65x6, Horizontal 16mm Dia. MS Bar @ 300mm C/c with 50x50x6 MS angle support @ 3000mm C/c with necessasry painting and fixing in Concrete block etc. complete. [WD-M1472]

Construction of underground filter having size- 1mx1m. Inside with 230mm thick brick masonry, with inside-outside plaster, bed concrete and coping in M-15 Grade including filling filter sand (of size 1mm to 2mm) 500mm thick over garvel (of size 5 to 10mm) 500mm thick over Boulder (of size 5 to 20mm) 500mm thick with all labour material etc. complete.

Construction of underground Chamber having size- 0.60mx0.60m inside with 230mm thick brick masonry, with inside-outside plaster, bed concrete and coping in M-15 Grade including excavation and necessary labour and material etc. complete.

Supplying PVC Pipes for rainwater harvesting [working pressure: 4kg/Sq.cm] (M0873) PWD DSR Pg. No. 146 (2024-25)

Lowering PVC/ DWSC rigid pipes and specials to trench and laying to proper grade and alignment, jointing with PVC couplers with cement paste.

Dewatering using 3HP to 70HP diesel engine pumpset including Hire charges, cost of Diesel, Engine oil, pump operator, labour charges, conveyance of pumpset and fuel to site and back, loading, unloading and any other incidental charges etc., complete.

Providing Barbed wire (Two Ply and Four Pronged) fencing fixing horizontally in 5 rows, with L angle 50X50X6 mm ht. 2.5m (0.45m below G.C.) @ 2.5m interval set in 1:3:6 mix using 20mm jelly including tying the binding wire etc., complete, over UCR Masonry of 0.45m thick and 1m height. (0.5m below ground and 0.5m above ground) including necessasry PCC, Coping in M-150, pointing in CM: 1:3 and painting with cement paint,etc. complete.
