SPECIAL REPAIR REPLACEMENT OF LT FEEDER PANEL AND CAPTIVE DG AT TECHNICAL AREA, PXE, CHANDIPUR

Supply, install, testing & commissioning of LT control panel board "out-door type" of suitable size with sufficient spacing for fixing of breakers and cable termination, factory fabricated CPRI approved (type-tested) of Make as per List of makes as enclosed with the tender,with suitable neoprene rubber gasket to make it completely dust & vermin proof & degree of protection not less than IP-54 & general construction confirming standards, double door, front & back openable with locking arrangement. The panel shall be provided with ventilation facility in the form of louvers for better heat dissipation & tinned copper bus-bar wrapped with coloured PVC tape/sleeves of rating in conformity to the Incoming ACB/MCCB rating. The panel board shall be fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick (for outer portions) & 2.0 mm thick (for inner portions) CRCA sheet duly pre-treated & powder coated, supporting angle iron frame & MC channel base suitable for 3 Ph, 4 wire system 415/440 volts grade incl complete internal wiring with not less than 2.5 sqmm FRLSH copper wire incl cable glands of suitable sizes including foundation with necessary earthwork as per manufacturers instruction complete with provision of the following accessories and as directed : (Location Proof Bhawan)

Supply and fix ETP grade copper busbar chamber of capacity 200A, 6 way complete inside metallic enclosure and all connected accessories

Supply, laying and testing of LT UG cable, XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of following sizes complete all as specified and directed. Note: Earth work ( Excavation, Returning & refilling and removal), sand cushining , cable protection cover, GI protection pipe shall be measured and paid for seperately under respective item of Sch 'A'.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil n.exc 1.5m wide and n. exc 1.5m depth for laying of cable, errection of poles, stay and pipe line,and getting out complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning & filling including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specified.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance n. exc 50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

M&L for laying of bricks locally available sub class 'B' bricks (old size) for cable protection cover laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable prependicular to the direction of cable all as directed.

M&L for local sand coushioning with dry and clean over and under the cable for protection of cable , 80 mm sand laid before laying the cable 150 mm sand after laying the cable and filling the sand in cable duct of inside the sub station building complete all as directed

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for straight through joint complete with Jointing material heat Shrink type and accessories suitable for 3 ½ / 4 core XLPE, armoured, Aluminium conductor cable of size 70 to 95 sqmm,Indoor/Outdoor type

All as per item above but for cable of size 120 to 150 sq mm.

M& L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate eletcrode of size 60x60cm x 6.0 mm thick electrode as buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 3mtr below normal ground level connected to GI earth strip 32mm x 6mm thick by means of bolts nuts,check nuts and washers at complete etc all as shown in electrical plate No-3 of SSR part-1 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including PCC pit in PCC(1:3:6) type CI cast iron frame 50mm thick pre cast RCC (1:1½ :3) nominal mix cover slab reinforced with 8mm dia mild steel bar including necessary excavation earth work in soft/loose soil and disposal of spoil to a distance n.exc 50mtr and funnel with watering pipe wire mesh GI protection pipe 40mm bore including testing complete including taking out old us earthing material all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note - Earthing lead and GI protection pipe beyond 7.5 mtr shall be measured and paid deparately)

Material and labour for replacement of radiator of 500 KVA DG set TBD 12D4V complete with new radiator of same size and specification complete with raddiator water tank and hose pipe set etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in charge.
