Taking down copper/ aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc to match existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for point wiring complete with 1.5 Sqmm 1100 volts grade single core PVC insulated FRLSH unsheathed cable with multistranded copper conductor confirming to IS-694, Part II, ISI marked, drawn through and including casing and caping of suitable size, with all accessories, with surface mounted PVC box/ concealed metal box with laminated top cover of suitable size as pr site requirement, for fixing switches, sockets, regulators etc., and including providing 1.5 sqmm 1100 volts grade single core PVC insulated FRLSH unsheathed cable with multistranded copper conductor in green colour as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly for the following complete all as specified and directed. Notes: 1. Quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of cutting chasis in wall/ floor/ ceiling and making good disturbed surface with PCC work and paint etc. 2. Modular cover plate and frame for wiring with modular switches/ sockets shall be measured and paid under relevant item under this schedule.

M & L for submain wiring with two runs of 6 sqmm single core multistranded FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 Volts with copper conductor and one run of 6 sqmm single core multistranded FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 Volts with copper conductor as continuous earth wire drawn through and including 25mm/32mm wide FRLSH PVC casing and caping with all accessories such as tees, elbows, junction boxes, reducers etc as required and connecting to existing main switch board/ distribution board and testing on completion including taking down old submain wiring complete all as specified and directed. Note: Two runs of 6 Sqmm cable, one run of 6 Sqmm earth wire and one run of PVC casing and caping shall be measured as unit run.

REPAIRS TO AIR CONDITIONERS AND COOLING APPLIANCES

Taking down and servicing of split type AC (outdoor and indoor unit), of 1.5/2 TR capacity of any type/ size/ make/ model including cleaning and washing of indoor and outdoor unit assembly with chemical and using high pressure jet pump, checking, re-tightening of all electrical connections, replacement of nuts, bolts, screws, washers, internal wiring, gas charging valve and re-assembling, re-alignment/ refixing indoor and outdoor unit properly after repairs, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Necessary spares and gas charging shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this Schedule. (ii) Record slips of inspection/ job cards alongwith location and user's signature shall be submitted to Engineer-in-charge after completion of each job. Quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of cost of record slips/ Job cards.

Taking down and servicing of defective water cooler of capacity 40/80 or 60/120 Ltr, of any type/ size/ make/ model including cleaning and washing condenser assembly with high pressure jet pump; cleaning, rubbing and washing of storage water tank; draining of dirty water and silt, checking, re-tightening all electrical connections, replacement of nuts, bolts, screws, washers, drain pipes, internal wiring and re-assembling properly after repairs complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Necessary spares and gas charging shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this Schedule. (ii) Record slips of inspection/ job cards alongwith location and user's signature shall be submitted to Engineer-in-charge after completion of each job. Quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of cost of record slips/ Job cards.

Taking down and servicing of refrigerators of 165 Ltr to 320 Ltr capacity, of any type/ size/ make/ model including replacement of unserviceable parts, cleaning and washing condenser assembly with high pressure jet pump; re-tightening all electrical connections, replacement of nuts, bolts, screws, washers, internal wiring; fixing properly bracket housing of capacitors and re-assembling properly after repairs complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Necessary spares and gas charging shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this Schedule. (ii) Record slips of inspection/ job cards alongwith location and user's signature shall be submitted to Engineer-in-charge after completion of each job. Quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of cost of record slips/ Job cards.

M & L for testing leakage of gas and replacement of damaged portion of copper pipe of any dia upto 30cm length, brazing by oxyaccetelene gas welding and good quality copper brazing rods or soldering damaged portion, flaring copper pipe, replacement of flare nut and checking with nitrogen gas flushing to check for leakage in copper pipe lines, recharging suitable gas after complete removal of nitrogen gas on satisfactorily completion of leak test, re-assembling and testing cooling of of following appliances complete all as specified and directed. Note: Refrigerant andd nitrogen gas required shall be measured and paid under relevant item of this schedule.

Taking down and dismantling unserviceable blower motor from following appliances of any type including opening outer case, rewinding and heat varnishing the blower motor with super enamel copper wire of suitable gauge by taking out burnt winding and cleaning the iron core complete all as specified and directed.
